His skin tanned(latino)
He wears a loose red shirt and black trousers.
He is armed with a rapier and a cutlass

So in general we have a guy with long straight black hair back in a pony tail, wearing a trench coat, a button down shirt and slacks, holding a katana in his right hand with his arms spread wide. He'd be on his knees leaning back under the force of the other immortal's life energy flowing into him (see pic above) the trench coat splayed out behind him. and he kinda looks like he is either in pain or extreme...um...pleasure .

thanks for your interest in doing this and sorry about the lack of detail earlier, I just assumed that everybody would know who and what I was talking about.

I need V (of V for Vendetta, not the androgynous elven evoker) in Erfworld style. I don't care how, but I need it. The mask and the hat matters the most.

If you can find a good pose for him with daggers, go for it. But to save you some trouble, I searched Google for a fitting image and more or less found one. You can see here for details.
