Julie sits up sharply, and tries to get her eyes to adjust to the glare as she peers down at Keo's sad state. The seriousness of the situation almost keeps her from letting out a girlish giggle.

"Well someone let the cat out of your bag little Keo. When did you notice this happen?" Seems fixable, if it's related to what happened to Reinholdt. Shouldn't take long at all even.

So, hop right up here in my lap and go to sleep, and when you wake up you'll be all better again." Julie says in her most soothing, reasonable voice.

Of course, this would allow her to shift Keo back into a normal (for Keo) body while the little one slept, and the added benefit of having a sleeping kitten keep her company while she dozes would just sweeten the deal.

Jamie takes a deep breath, and collects herself, shaking her head.
"...you grew. Again? Or did something happen?" she asks, totally pretending she hadn't just had an outburst about how unfair it is that Hadrian has outgrown her and her little brother is now her big brother.

Um, both, I guess. I inhaled this odd gas and passed out. When I woke up I was... like this. Hadrian shrugs.

There's a significant chance of her seeing Timmy and probably his robotic friend Mark. Timmy himself is doing something he hasn't had the time to do since he got here. He's reading his book on tropical flowers, probably his only hobby. He's seems sort of absorbed, in the book, so he hasn't noticed Meddy yet. The reaction should be priceless.

The pregnant gal slowly, quietly approaches on the calloused fingertips of the hands on her four spidery legs, periodically stopping; unless noticed, she closes to what she thinks is a reasonable distance before speaking up.

As Timmy looks up from his book, in an instant, his eye go wide, his face goes white, he jumps from shock in his seat, and an wide invisible wall drops between Meddy and the boys in that reasonable distance, only perceivable by the whoosh of air and the very loud thump as it hits the ground.

The kid sinks into his chair as if he's trying to back up but his chair is in the way. One hand is clenched on the collar of his coat and the other is over his heart, trying to calm himself down. He mutters "I'm sorry," a few times as the wall audibly drags across the floor until it bumps his shoes where he takes a second staring at what seems like air to dissapate it. "H-hi," he manages to stammer, embarrassed. Even for a shock and an accident, it was a bit much of a display. "I'm sorry." Even if she has no clue what he's apologizing for.

Meddy is startled by the wall's appearance, a hand clamping over the curve of her belly as she steps back. When Timmy retracts and dissipates the wall, she blinks and takes a tentative step forward.
She tries her most unthreatening smile, but realizes there may be a bit of a problem with that, thanks to her metal teeth and pointy incisors. Oh well.
It's... it's fine, I'm pretty sure it was my fault for startling you anyway... you sure you're okay?
She wonders if there's any way she can be less scary.
Good thing Timmy doesn't know she's eaten people.
