The Shuckle is hit by the electrically-charged silk, and slows down noticeably. However, the pokemon is not hurt badly enough to stop fighting, nor slowed down enough to not hit the Joltik, although it's slow enough now that the electric spider might be able to dodge.

Joltik tries to avoid the attack, but due to his own attack his reaction came to late to avoid it. The hit does not enougth damage to pass him out now, but still hurt. Vis never thought this could pass out Shuckle , but he didn't thought it still rolls on.

"Slow him down again with String Shot."

And so spidy tries to catch Shuckle in another web.

The Purrloin uses Sucker Punch! No seriously, it stands right up on its hind legs, runs over to the Voltorb, and with one left paw, tries to punch that sucker right in its ugly face!

And so Huginn falls asleep, through Mil quickly takes a flute and starts playing it. Won't be long before Huginn wakes up.

In general, slapping a hot electric ball is not a good idea. The Purrloin might get burned or shocked or both.

Either way, Evil Doll was not expecting that, so it gets punched painfully in the face. This, obviously, causes it to roll backwards a lot.

After it finally stops rolling backwards, Alvilda the pirate grins. "Arrr, Evil Doll! Now be the time to use Phoenix Infinite!" Evil Doll's special move! Oh, no! I wonder what it could possibly be.

For all visual intents and purposes, Evil Doll just seems to continue rolling around in a Figure 8 while charging up all sorts of electrical and magnetic energy. It's visibly sparking.

This time Joltik is able to avoid the incoming Shuckle. Without him getting up in spped it's easy for him to avoid right now. after he passed Joltik continues his use of String Shot.

A rock is thrown from the hole, similar to a cannonball. It can be dodged, but if it hits, it will hurt (Rock Throw).

Now, Huginn wakes up, and is a bit startled by the harsh light. But with a tune from the flute, Huginn starting flying up, planning on trying to use psychic to push Flygirl off course when she unleases her attack.

Well, that sounds Ominous. And Nance has to agree with that sentiment. "Investigator, do whatever you have to in order to evade this." She says with a bit of worry to her voice. She trusts that the purrloin knows what's best. She wasn't an actual Pokemon Trainer anyway.

Flygirl takes some damage from the Psychic waves, and is knocked slightly off course. But if she's off course enough to miss is up to you.

So Shuckle acts indepentendt of his trainer. Vis bites his libs he needed a long training for that move from before and Spidy still needs calls.

"Spidy use Agility."

With that Joltik will move a lot faster, able to avoid the rock. He will move around Shuckle and tries to climb on the other pokemon.

No, actually. I just forget to call out Gertrude calling out what she wants her Shuckle to do.

"Shuckle, wait for it... Now, again!" Shuckle waits until the Joltik has clambered upon it (since it can't move fast enough to dodge, due to the silk) and Throws another Rock, this time from a hole in the shell under the Joltik.

I think Phanish has the speed right now to catch Morrison, but that's up to you. Whether or not he's successful or not, eventually those leaves catch up to him. The little elephant can't take any more; he's knocked out of the fight.

Becca returns him to him ball. "You did great, Phanish." She stows it away and produces a great ball this time. "Come on, Crustella. Let's pick up where Phanish left off!" She tosses the ball and out comes a crustle! She sure looks tough with that rock shell and those big pincers.

Crustle, huh? Wish Page was still out...

Morrison is watching Crustella carefully, his legs apart, his stance showing that he's ready to move at a moment's notice.

Alright, Morrison. Let's go big!

Morrison actually smirks a little. He starts spinning on the spot, and many, many sharpened leaves start flying from him, right at Crustella. A veritable Leaf Storm, really.

((Sure, it lowers his Special Attack, but it's a big hit, and his Attack is better anyways.))

Crustella withdraws into her shell. She still gets battered badly, but she's very tough. It's no surprise, really. "Come on! Blast him, Crustella!" Becca shouts. The crustle pops out of her shell and blasts a barrage of rocks at Morrison. She fans them out so it will be much more difficult for him to dodge them all.

That's a direct his against the poor electro pokemon. Still Joltik manages to remain on Shuckles. It seems the little spider got treined hard. Gertrude might notice that it is close to a pass out.

"Go Spidy! Discharge!"

Joltik will then be surrounded by electricity and shoot lightnings right into the hole the stone came from.

Unfortunately, whilst the Joltik may be close to feinting, it's not as close as the Shuckle just proved itself to be by passing out.

"Back you come, Shuckle. Congratulations, Vis." Gertrude smiles as she returns Shuckle to his ball.

Static. It's building up static and whatnot, rolling around like that, heedless of anything going on around it. Needs the Cat clutches its burnt paw, frowning at the super-attack surely headed its way.

"Purrloin!"

It runs right at the voltorb, charging on all fours. It races right for the center of that figure eight, grits its teeth, and JUMPS-

Not into, but right over the Voltorb, springing high into the air as only a cat can. It then continues right for Evil Doll's trainer, intending to make good on its name by stealing a hat and handcannon right from the pirate woman's unsuspecting person!

Due to the fact that Natu are very small pokemon, its enough to save Huginn. Mil changes the tune on his flute, and Huginn's eyes flash. (flash, of course.)

Evil Doll has finished charging! This happens just after this Purrlion jumps over it and starts running towards Alvilda the Pirate.

Soon afterwards, a large electric bolt comes out of the Voltorb and shapes itself like an albatross-sized bird. At the speed of a pigeon, the electric-bird flies after the other Pokemon.

It won't catch up until the cat has successfully swiped the hat and the hand-cannon from Alvilda. "Hey!" (She wasn't expecting it, either!) However, there'll only be just enough time to barely dodge it in an awesome and cinematic way that belongs in the movies.

Needless to say, if Purrlion dodges it, the electricity'll hit Alvilda.

Don't worry, though.
She can take it.
She's a pirate.
(Although, a pirate without her hat is almost not a pirate at all.)

Flygirl is dazed by the Flash, and responds to Dark Lightning's whistle by blasting Dragon Breath in the direction the light came from. As the Altaria is still recovering, it's possible that the move misses entirely.

Huginn dodges the dragonbreath and tries to use this time that flygirl dazed to land on Flygirl's back.

Huginn is now of Flygirl's back! I'm not sure what he intends to do back there, but for now, Flygirl is Singing again.

Hmm, Sing again. Well, two can play that game. Mil plays a short tune, and Huginn also tries to use sing, before falling asleep again.

Flygirl turns to look at Huginn and releases a Pulse from her mouth (Dragon Pulse). It's likely to hurt, but won't do anything else.

Stadium Wide Announcement

"And we have our first winner, folks!" Dexter yells excitedly. "What a beautiful battle it was people. Reverend Gertrude has been defeated by Vis in a stunning display of skill and combat prowess. Give them both an applause!" He commands, and as a result much of the audience stands and gives loud cheers and claps to both of the competitors.

Vis looks a bit confused as well as spidy. Both seem to not belive they won. Only after the announcement was made they realize it. Vis walks over to spidy to hold him up, but before he can do it he get's a small schock.

"Arg. I forgot your static electricity."

He takes a small bow in front of his oponents as well as to the audience and then calls Spidy back into his ball. Then he runs of to the pokemon Center.

Madame de la Moy will wave at the audience as well, also heading to the pokemon centre. Sure, she could use her divine magic to heal Shuckle, but why bother when there's a machine nearby that will do so for free?
