In my mind, Blood, the reason we went away from the list was that it was proving unsuccessful overall, plus the fact they killed so many masons in a row and knew Alarra was the barbarian made me feel that the trusted list had been compromised by a wolf. So I tried to figure out who it was.

Really? I had troubled over whether or not to mention we knew about her barbarianism. I supposed it worked out for us in the long run though. *Ms E puts on the Llama sweater although it is a bit longer than she is, seeing as it was made for Alarra.*

Now that the secrets are out, I'd like to make a few points:

Despite everything, it _was_ random chance that I got pointed at on Day 2.

Alarra, you had me rattled good; the old proverb about beating the grass to scare the snakes certainly has merit. The fact that you switched to Death right near the end is the only thing I couldn't figure out ... especially as it saved my hide when you were so deadset against me.

My first game of internet werewolf and I win on the wolf team ... I'm trying not to brag, but damn, after the number of close shaves Team Wolf had, I'm glad we managed to squeak it out.

Heheh... Anyway, that was quite fun being the Devil! Corrupt guard for the win! And I loved writing my lynch scene! Also thanks for all the priceless reactions, fellow players! Especially from JX and whoever else tried to whack me! That was hilarious!

I do hope that Fullbladder is grateful for living as long as he did. I was going to scry him next had I not been lynched.

An eerie dawn breaks over the village, a sprinkle of rain giving the streets a misty look. This morning, no one appears outside for their daily lynchmobbing, no one looks for the latest in horror fashion, and no one is there to put that fashion on.

A lone fairy, the companion of the late Llink, flitters about somewhat nervously. Did we win? Did they all die? What happened? A slight gust of wind brings an open door to her attention as it creaks in the breeze. She notices that it is the door to the large main hall of the tavern. She makes a slight twinkling sound, “Look!... Oh… wait… nevermind…” The fairy moves closer to the door and inches quietly inside.

She is horrified by the sight before her. Upon a hook in the middle of the hall hangs Ink, strung up by his own chains. He belly has be sliced open by some sort of blade. She is utterly shocked when she catches a glance of the Master Sword, once held by her friend, now coated in blood nearby. The horrible realization hits her that this was some sort of piñata game that the wolves must have played. The innards were the candy.

The fairy looks in a panic for someone else, she flutter to a nearby table where it appears Eldritch Knight is lying down. With more utter revulsion than before she realizes his torso has been cut open into a basin-like shape and there is a punch bowl spoon lying in the cavity. Dirty glasses lay around nearby.

Now holding little hope for Alarra, she looks about just on the off chance she still might be there. She immediately wishes she hadn’t as she catches sight of the “disco ball” above her. The head of Alarra hangs by her braids from the ceiling, the dance floor marked by a circle of blood. “No… all of them?”

“Yes. Tragic isn’t it? Tasty, but tragic. We all could have been such friends, you know. Even made Alarra another pair of slippers today. Eldritch’s cat has such a fine coat.” The fairy whirls around to find Ms Elaneous and Helgraf relaxing around the “punch bowl,” a couple drink glassses in their hands. Ms Elaneous smiles wryly, wearing the llama sweater that Alarra had turned down.

Helgraf stretches his legs out a little and the fairy can see the aforementioned pair of slippers. “Care to join the party?” Helgraf reaches for the punch bowl spoon but grabs a squishy organ instead. “Oops.”

Ms Elaneous tries to reach for it and manages to knock it into the body cavity. “Such a klutz. Guess we’ll have to dig for it. I hate it when that happens.” They both try to reach in to find the spoon as the fairy flees. Shaking with terror and nausea, the fairy zips through the city, haunted by the images of the former villagers and werewolves.

“We seem to have a terrible time making friends, Helgraf.”
“May those who love us love us; and those who don't love us, may God turn their hearts; and if He doesn't turn their hearts, may He turn their ankles so we'll catch them by their limping.”
“So true. You’ve got to love an easy meal.”

That's one of my favorite toasts, Ms. E. Extra points for including that...aong with a sufficient amount of gore and macabre. Yuck. Long live the Rogue and her saucy companion, Helgraf. May they continue not making friends forever. =)

Turns to the ghosts, "And Flabbicus, we never made human clothing. Just animals."

Eldritch's corpse rises with a sadistic grin. "Thank's for helping me reach lichdom, wolves. See you in the next village." He then casts an unknown spell and fades into a just conjured mist.

[Ms_Elaneous]

"Oh, you're welcome!" Ms Elaneous waves at Eldritch Knight, then turns to Helgraf, "Nice to know we, in fact, did make a new friend. Too bad he didn't stay for the party though..."

All I could think of while reading that was, I hope that EK and myself were already dead when the wolves did that. Since Alarra's head was severed I assume she had an immediate death. I have this macabre vision of being strung up alive and slit open and having your innards slowly ripped out while you writhe and struggle.

Aw c'mon wolves, you couldn't have at least taken out the fairy too?

Ms Elaneous smiles mysteriously. The exact method of death of Ink's death will forever be up to his imagination. "I thought about killing the fairy, but I took pity on Llink. Who'd want to be stuck with her ghost 'til the end of time?"

Well killing is one thing and torture is completely another thing so I don't suppose wolves would have the stomach to do that after all.

Heheh, I guess now you wolves are stuck with the fairy.
