Ku, in answer to your PM, I'm currently looking to arrive for about 1517 or 1717 on Friday, and depart 1355 on Sunday. I'm not bothering with advance tickets, because even a month ago there seemed to be little to be had in the way of savings, but a lot of the alternative trains are kind of scary one way or another.

Too late, too late! It may not be! That happy fate is not for me.

I generally cope alright with rain though - the hat keeps most of it off the important bits, and I doubt it's much worse in Glasgow than it was in Newcastle.

EDIT: I am in Glasgow, checked into the Premier Inn and relaxing. See everyone at the meal! (Unless anything's happening before that, in which case let me know)

Okay, due to rather improper planning, I need somewhere to crash he two nights following the night after the meetup, before my flight departs from London on Wednesday. Or two somewheres for one night each. Anywhere between here and London should probably be fine, detours too if they aren't too long (still beats having to stay at a hotel, especially without anyone to hang out with).
