    For me you can add the region name: Sulvan's Fury. Race Dwarves and Religion Paragons/Lord of Fire.

    Edit:

    Wombat, you can delete the Religion in front of Paragons, I meant to write Religion: Paragons & Lord of Fire. So the religion is called Paragons, not Religion Paragons. ^^.

    I think I'm mostly finished, for now. Those stats turned out pretty bad, but at least the next ruler will get a little boost. I got nothing next to Percy's unlucky rolls though, so I can't complain.

    Also, Arkhosia, since you're underneath region 5, you might have underground borders with the dwarves in region 13 and region 15 through tunnels and connecting caves, if you want. You can discuss this with Silver Ablaze and Silverbit.

    Also I am interested how important Coal is. Could it be replaced by Charcoal, rendering the need for Coal less urgent?

    A few questions and notes
    1) Do we need to establish some sort of relationship with kingdoms we plan to pass through if we intend to trade with one on the other side? My gut says yes, and I have, but I just wanted to make sure. Cause if someone tried to trade stuff I wanted through my land I'd probably gank em and take their stuff if I wanted it but if that's not an option then I guess it wouldn't matter so just wanted clarification there.

    Coal is much more energy-effective than charcoal (which is essentially burnt wood, IIRC). Coal can be substituted for other burnable things as fuel, but things like wood and charcoal are less efficient. In the early stages, this won't be a problem, though.

    Being on good terms with those whose countries you have to have your merchants travel through to trade in places you want to get to is a very good idea, yes.


    (Also, keep in mind the order of others' actions when you post, considering timing may be important. This may make you want to wait with posting in times of conflict, but if you wait too long, you won't get the opportunity to take your turn, as the next round may have started by then.)

    Coal is indeed burnt wood, and I know exactly how to make it thanks to Dwarf Fortress...

    Also Morph, why are some borders on the map black dots now? And if I may say this: Sulvan's Summit is not int the Sulvan's Hammer mountains. Sulvan's Summit is the large mountain just above the number 21 on the map.

    Actually that does present quite an opportunity. In ancient and medieval times many kingdoms had their power based on controlling trade routes. I think that the game should take land in consideration when people are trading.

    For example if I wanted to trade with Recaiden, that means our caravans would have to pass through Elemental and BladeofObliviom. This means a lot of things. They could not allow it, which is one thing, we could set up a deal with them to allow it, or simply they could tax our caravans and thus get collateral income. Not just from the tax but from the caravans themselves, who will need to be resupplied during their journeys. Thus a trade route benefits not only the two persons involved, but also those who's lands are part of the trade route as well.

    Nah, I was joking anyway. From a purely economic perspective, Percy's Dwarves are actually pretty much ideal trading partners (since we satisfy each other's imports), and they're close too!
    We should get talking about that. Trade is basically the lifeblood of any realm and as a Dwarf I am glad to be of trading service! :D

    Also worth mentioning because it is funny, but "Crima" in Romanian means "That Murder". And "Crimă" is simply "Murder"
