I have a request for anyone who is familiar with Cyberpunk 2020.
"Sunshine", his ironic nickname, is a solo specializing in infiltration and elimination.
Skin: Pacific Islander
Clothes/Equipment: his left side is nondescript and unadorned except for a sleeveless shirt, shorts, and a combat boot. His right side is full Borg. His arm and leg are hydraulically supported. He has a high power smartchipped rifle mounted to the arm. His right eye is oversize, with three pupils: one (infra-)red, one (ultra-)violet, and one with two concentric white circles (tele- and micro-).
Pose: Looking at the viewer with a "go ahead, make my day" expression (if that means anything).
Colors and other details are open to artistic license.

On a dark, cold street, before you stands a sinister looking man, with a trenchcoat and trilby hat, the kind of guy your primary school teacher told you to avoid. He holds out a hand, in it, a writhing, tentacley (another real word) smoke seeming to eminate from it, despite the similar smoke which lies at his feet. He is not obviously supernatural, but there is an inhuman quality to him. He leans on a streetlight, which illuminates very little due to the low hanging mist.

Mood: mysterious
Tone: film noir movies are a good reference.
Optional: Make him black and white if you like.

I can try to make that.

So... Here. I could only find one (1!) picture of him on the interweb. He had a really dark blue armor so I tried to match it. It takes skill I don't possess to make black armor turn out well with OotS style. So... Gogo blue? If it's not dark enough tell me. My monitor makes everything appear a shade or two darker than it is on most other monitors. Anyway. Also: apologies for lack of shield. If it's something you're just dieing without, I'll throw one in - I just liked this one better than the one with a shield.

I'm making a request for an avatar of a current character of mine. Basically I'm too lazy to make my own because sizing affects my overall appearance once its in avatar size.

This may be easy or it may not be, but anyways I made my own depiction of the character for a basis for anyone interested.

This is an Anime-type character so I'm looking for medium-spikey auburn hair. His body has been so mutilated that he needs it covered with medical wrappings constantly so he ressembles a mummy. Only parts not covered is where his nose would be and the top of his head.

His eyes have to be piercing blue and wrapped by a see-through linen-cloth. His weapon of choice is called a Soul Edge basically think Kuwabara from YuYu Hakusho

But the sword should be the size of a short sword, blue, and more flame-like.

Umm, my thoughts; you could copy my pose, but I'd prefer you use your best judgement. Colour-scheme for add-ons if you wish to add them should be greyish in tone or just dirty in general. A little wish I have is for the wrappings around his torso should have dirty bandages mixed in with fresh white ones. Little details like that will please me ^_^

Besides that, have fun!

If sizing is an issue then Irfanview does a great job at resizing, if you want to keep your drawing and simply resize it.

Seriously, I need a new avatar. I'm looking for something a bit elaborate: a tiefling highwayman.

In terms of appearance, he should have something signifiying his demonic nature: horns, a tail, red skin, something. I imagine him wearing dark clothing and possibly a wide-brimmed hat. He should carry a pistol (or two) or a long knife(s). If he has one weapon, his other hand should be gesturing as to invite whoever he's robbing to give them his money.

For a real-world reference, I envision him a little bit like Solomon Kane, the Robert E. Horward character. Here is a poster of an upcoming movie:
