If you have any interest in the Touhou Project, I've recently set up a neat little area called ReitaiSide where all kinds of magic-related shenanigans can happen in a relatively safe environment. There are plenty of eccentric personalities there who love to fight off boredom in the most unconventional ways, and if you or your characters want to pay a visit, they'd be happy to show you around. Just be sure to reduce your hit-box size; you never can tell with some of these yokai.
