    I agree with the administration thing. As far as requiring a co-narrator I'm 50/50 on that. I think the co-narrator is extremely useful in most situations, but I'm not a very trusting person by nature and I'm always concerned that info that is supposed to be kept confidential will be leaked somehow. I think I'd be fine with this rule if I could convince the person of my choice (from a list of people) to co-narrate with me.
