    Description: Ishimaru Moroe is one of the many young killers created and nurtured by Academy City's darker side. A Child Error and failed Esper, she serves as both weapons expert and mechanic for the organisation known as GATE; One of five groups retained to handle matters which would tarnish the city's good name if they ever saw the light of day.

    In most respects Moroe's appearance is that of a typical teenage girl. She's of average height, has short black hair and green eyes. Her casual clothes consist of a black t-shirt and jeans covered by a long leather coat; And the only unusual thing about her school uniform is that it has trousers instead of a skirt (an alteration for which she somehow gained official permission).

    Her only real distinguishing feature is that she always looks a little unwell. Her face is somewhat pale, and she's thinner than is strictly healthy for a girl her age. But aside from that, Ishimaru Moroe blends in with her everyday surroundings just fine.

    Personality: To strangers Moroe at first appears to be a curt and antisocial loner. She usually speaks in a disinterested monotone and acts as if human contact is just an unfortunate necessity. But the truth is that when she's actually left alone, she more often than not goes out in search of more people to ignore. Ishimaru Moroe may be antisocial, but she needs people around to be antisocial at.

    Of course, all this is only what the casual observer will see. Those who manage to go further and break through Moroe's protective barrier of hostility may find two deeper selves: A surprisingly meek and insecure teenager with a deep seated fear of vulnerability; And a trained killer who tries to see the whole world as nothing more than a game. The knowledge that these two aspects can coexist is all too frequently the last thing that these seekers will ever learn before the bullet pierces their brain…

    Abilities

    Matter of Taste {Esper ability}: This power can alter a person's perception of how good or bad specific foods taste…And that's it.

    Physical Traits

    Gun Fu: Moroe is highly skilled in the use of one handed and two handed firearms. Her speciality is the sniper rifle.
    Tinkerer: Moroe can maintain and repair (but not build) a variety of tactical devices used by GATE, including remote controlled drones.

    Mental Traits

    Dual Focus: The ability to devote significant attention to two tasks at once. This useful trick allows Moroe to (for example) control a pair of remote drones which function as a team; Or simply to keep up a conversation with some random bystander while fighting a distant battle.
    Soldier without an army: Moroe has received general training equivalent to that of a professional soldier, courtesy of Academy City's dark side.

    Notable Equipment

    Handheld game console: This item functions as both a gaming platform and a remote control system. With it Moroe can see through the eyes of GATE's various mechanical drones and direct their movements.
    Packet of cigarettes: Moroe has recently taken to smoking, and is rarely without a pack.

    Description: Kin is a bird in a gilded cage; Or at least, that's how she sees it. Others would say that she's a rich, psychic heiress in a prestigious school. To each their own. Like many others, Kin was sent to Tokiwadai as part of her parent's precisely plotted life plan for her. She tries her best to uphold the school's good name; Even though she can barely breathe in its stuffy atmosphere. She'd much rather be exploring the wondrous city around it, in the company of good friends.

    Physically, she's of average height, with short brown hair and blue eyes. Like all Tokiwadai students, she's rarely seen out of uniform.

    Personality: Kin is a free spirit at heart. When at her best, she practically glows. She dances with every step, bombards people with conversation on all topics, and climbs buildings just to see what's on top. She has no time for societal taboos like 'etiquette' or 'personal space'. In her opinion, individuals can decide for themselves what behaviour makes them comfortable. If she wants to snuggle up next to a good friend while wolfing down ten croissants, then why should society care?

    Of course, all too often society does care. Playing the part of a model citizen is taxing for someone like Kin. When shackled like that, her good cheer has a tendency to plummet. Kin's personality is one of high highs and low lows. Should a person manage to handle both sides of her, they'll gain a steadfast and loyal companion.

    Abilities

    Strange Attractor {Esper Ability}: This power lets Kin stick anything with a physical form to her body. It only works on things that are in direct contact with her skin; Even light clothing blocks the effect. Once attached, the targets become almost impossible to remove through physical force. Despite this unusual strength, Strange Attractor remains classed as a Level 2 ability, owing to its limited scope and lack of practical applications. Kin has some difficulty controlling her ability. While it will never deactivate without her command, it has a propensity to remain active despite her commands. It also occasionally activates on its own, when something comes into contact with her skin. Strange Attractor remains in effect even while Kin is unconscious. It can also be used in ways which would usually stress the affected areas of her body beyond their limits, such as hanging from the underside of a street light by one palm. The fact that the skin of her hand doesn't simply tear away when doing this suggests that Strange Attractor is more complex than it first appears.

    Physical Traits

    Nimble: Kin is very dexterous.
    Arts & Crafts: Between her family background and further education at Tokiwadai, Kin has become skilled in a wide variety of artistic skills, ranging from drawing, to sewing, to interior design.

    Mental Traits

    Nonconformist: Kin has trouble working in regulated surroundings, such as a strict school or workplace. When forced to do such things, she quickly becomes bored and distracted.
    Facial beauty blindness: Kin has an unusual brain defect which prevents her from recognising beauty (or lack thereof) in human faces.
    Arcade gamer: Owing to an unhealthy amount of practice, Kin has become very skilled in playing arcade games of almost all varieties. Her speciality is DDR.

    Notable Equipment

    Money: Whatever resentment Kin may bear towards her family, there's no denying their generosity in financial matters. Kin's vast allowance lets her live in the lap of luxury, along with being able to spend wildly without considering the price. As a consequence, she has no skill in budgeting, or any sense of the true value of money.
    Tablet: Kin always carries a top of the line, collapsible tablet computer, which she mostly uses to sketch things.

    Description: This slightly tall, lean girl with a slightly attractive form of French ethnicity, fair skin, brown eyes, and long black hair stands out in comparison to the rest of the students in Tokiwadai. Clad in the usual Tokiwadai uniform of a tan skirt, white dress shirt, and beige sweater vest, and accessorized with long black fingerless gloves, slim glasses, and black shoes, Shantelle's dark apparel contrasts well with her uniform and those of others. The most notable feature of her appearance, however, is the white eye patch covering her right eye, which was severely damaged and had to be amputated.
    Shantelle actually wears contacts, and the glasses are non-prescription.

    Personality: Shantelle is a shy girl, introverted and thoughtful. She possesses a love of books, music, and drawing, with a sadistic streak. Her curiosity knows little limits.

    Appearance

    Tobio is a fairly good looking boy. He is no bishonen but he has good looks. Tobio is about 5'9 with a wiry figure. He has a habit of slouching a little bit with his head down so that his light blue hair covers his eyes. He is usually seen fiddling with it when he is nervous, which is nigh constantly. His light blue hair comes down to his eyes shielding thier shining silver color from the world. His skin color is a light tan showing that he does get quite a bit of sun.

    His school uniform is not altered in anyway and he doesn't try to change it. When School ends he changes out of his uniform. His casual clothes consist of a black shirt with an orange vest over it. He wears black cargo pants and black sneakers with red stripes. He will then skate home on his orange skates with black stripes.

    Personality

    Tobio is very shy and speaks in a soft voice. He is not very good with his words except when he is speaking of something he has a great amount of conviction about. When around girls, especially beautiful ones, Tobio becomes a stammering mess and will blush almost uncontrollably. He will sputter out compliments and incomplete sentences until he decides to clam up. He is a very sweet boy and will help anyone who he sees that he thinks may need it. This is the reason he just joined Judgement. He wanted to help people in anyway that he could.

    His personality has caused many people to call him soft and he is an easy bully victim because of his reluctance to hurt people to protect himself unless he could get seriously hurt. It is because of this that not many people take him seriously.

    Abilities

    ++ Esper Ability: Cryokinesis
    +++ Basic Function
    An offshoot of the ability Thermokinesis Tobio can use his power to subtract heat from any substance. He could cause objects to freeze over (Severely chilling object and the hydrogen and oxygen molecues around it) or create a freezing wind to debilitate his opponents. It also allows him to the make an excellent iced coffee. Also as a necessay secondary power he has the ability to take the heat energy that he takes from the environment and channel it into his body. Thus he has a resistance to heat as well as cold and he can hold mass amounts of heat. Enough to where he can melt things by touching them. (Conservation of energy). However when not in battle he will divert this heat into the ground to that he will not hurt other people. Also thanks to training his power he is able to sense temperatures of objects basically giving him a heat radar. His powers take about 3 seconds to start up due to him needing a great amount of concentration to not freeze something he shouldn't. He is reluctant to use his powers lethally. When he has to however he is capable of targeting the insides of his target.
    +++ Additional Uses
    Level 0: Tobio is capable of emitting a small aura of cold with a radius of 1 foot that will cause most people to shiver and hardier people to feel a slight chill. He always has minty fresh breath.

    Level 1: Tobio aura of cold extends to a 5 foot radius and can get to a temperature of 20 degrees Celcius. He can conciously chill targets to 4 degrees Celcuis at a range of 10 feet.

    Level 2: Tobio's Aura of cold now has a 10 foot radius and can get to a temperature of 10 degrees Celcius. He can conciously chill and targets to -10 degrees Celcius at a range of 40 feet. He body can rise to a tempurature of 90 degrees Celcuis

    Level 3: At this Level Tobio's Aura of Cold is now 0 degrees Celcius and has a 20 foot radius that can be conciously reduced. He can now conciously freeze targets to -35 degrees Celcius at a range of 60 feet. His body temperature can get of to 110 degrees Celcuis causing burns and melting when he touches certain objects. At this level he is capable of targeting the inside of objects. With humans he can target the torso area

    Level 4: This is when Tobio's abilities take a surprising turn: He Aura of Cold cand gets a real boost as he goes to -30 degrees Celcuis and has a 50 foot radius. He can conciusly freeze targets up to -100 degrees Celcius and with a range of 120 feet. His body can store temperatures up to 140 degrees Celcius. It is at this point that he can melt and freeze objects at a much higher rate. At this level he control is fine enough that he can target a certain organ in the torso area

    Level 5: Tobio's aura of cold upgrades to -60 degrees Celcius and stays at the same radius however. However his Freezing abilities reach thier peak. His range increases dramitically to a range of 500 feet. However the truly impressive thing is the intensity of the cold that he can cause. He can freeze things up to -217.15 degrees Celcius. He can cause temperatures of Abolute Zero. His body temperature can only reach up to 180 degrees Celcius, and even that is pushing his limits. He can target any organ in the human body.

    Physical Traits

    Athletic: Tobio skates almost everywhere and ice skates in his free time. He is very quick on his feet as well. He may not be the strongest individual but he is quick and athletic.
    Skating: Tobio is a very skilled roller and ice skater. He is very good at these and uses them for transportation and recreation.
    Extreme Dexterity: Tobio is capable of performing tricks in skating that only celebrities are usually seen pulling due to how hard he worked on them and how long he worked on them. As a result of this he became extremly dexterous on top of already being naturally dexterous. Even on foot and with his hands his dexterity shows through.

    Mental Traits


    Incredible shyness:
    Tobio is a very shy individual and in front of pretty girls he becomes a stammering blushing mess. It gets him more than his fair share of teasing.
    Strong sense of justice: Tobio believes in helping others and stopping criminals from hurting the innocent. It is why he joined Judgement albiet as a new member. He tries his best to not be a burden to others
    Intense concentration: this is a necessity for his powers as a slip in concentration can be catastrophic.

    Notable Equipment:

    Judgement Kit: Tobio's Judgement Kit has all of his needed items for patrol, such as handcuffs, pepper spray, and tasers. As well as his Judgement band.
    Roller and Ice Skates: He uses his skates for transportation and recreation ability.
    Backpack: Used to carry his school supplies
    Headset: His Judgement headset which allows him communication with other officers and with head quarters.
    IPhone: An advanced phone that Tobio got from his parents for Christmas. It his parents words it was a present for two Christmas's so he wouldn't be getting anything next year.

    Appearance

    Crocell is a little on the short side at about 5'4 at the age of sixteen. However size is no measure of spunk or power. Many people know not to mess with Crocell because of how he is not afraid to speak is mind, and he is not above resorting to fighting back if he has to. No one typically calls him a bishi or shorty to his face. (also his hair is a light pink)

    Personality

    Crocell may look like a cute little boy, but he has a rude way of speaking, and he's not afraid to speak out about anything he doesn't like. He has a hard time getting close to people or being honest with himself, but he's very good at pushing other people's buttons—a trait that often leads him into conflict with other. Sarcastic and brash Crocell has the subtlety of a elephant so be prepared for him to not sugar coat anything even for adults. Although he is compassionate and protective to those that he considers friends. His fiery personality is a pain for his superiors though. However this is all how Crocell naturally is. He is not spoiled by his parents great amount of wealth though other people might not see it that way.

    Abilities

    +++Basic Function

    Crocell's power allows him to produce and control flames. Crocell since the discovery of his powers has constantly practiced with them, having found something else to take up his time besides his schoolwork. He was a natural with his flames, though that could probably be attributed to his slight pyromaniac nature. His flames increase in intensity as his level increases and his control over them increases too.

    Level 1: Crocell produces minor flames from his finger tips, much like a cigarette lighter. He can control flames up to 5 feet from his body, he can only move them vertically, horizontally, and outwards. The flames are only just visible, about 525 degrees Celsius

    Level 2: Crocell can produce baseball sized balls of flame. He can move the flames in more complex paths such as curves, circles, and figure eights. He can control flames up to 25 feet from his body. The flames are considerably hot now at a temperature of 900 degrees Celsius.

    Level 3: Crocell's fireballs can be twice as large as basket balls now. He has enough control to where he can turn a large fireball into a scatter shot blast and control flames up to 50 feet from his body. The flames are now about 1300 degrees celsius. The flames are now orange with tinges of blue around them. Crocell gains some immunity to flames at this level as he can stand in flames for about 10 seconds. He can also control the heat emitted by his flames, keeping them contained to the fireballs.

    Level 4: Crocell's powers increase in by a great amount at this stage. Crocell can summon walls of fire at this point and can make complex patterns with them. He can control flames up to 130 feet from his body. The flames can now get up to temperatures of 1700 degrees Celsius. The flames are now a deep blue. Crocell's immunity to fire is now much more proficient. He can coat himself in his own flames for degrees up to 900 degrees Celsius for up to 2 minutes.

    Level 5: Crocell's flames don't increase in power at this point but he range of control does increase to about 600 feet from his body. He could now be his own fireworks show now. He can now stand in flames up to 1200 degrees Celsius.
    Additional Uses

    He can shoot flames from his hands and feet to act as a propulsion system for flight

    Physical Traits

    Good Physical Strength: Despite his short stature, Crocell has a good amount of physical strength. His father hired a private tutor for boxing to help Crocell defend himself when he got picked on for being shorter than other boys. Luckily he was a quick study. After he finished under the tutor he got into the habit of regularly working out.

    Bishounen Looks: Crocell is a fairly good looking young man. He could be one of the most desirable boys a Azabu… if it wasn't for that gosh darn attitude of his.

    Mental Traits

    High Intellegence: Crocell is a pretty good student. Despite attending Azabu, he has never had a mental break down and manages to complete his assignments. Though he does tend to blow a few off every now and then. Otherwise with an application of 3 hours of study every few days he is able to keep up.

    Calm Demeanor: Crocell can usually be found calm as a cucumber, even in a crisis. After all, there is no point in panicking about something that only makes it worse. Not what you would usually expect from a pyrokinetic.

    Notable Equipment:

    Judgement Kit: Crocell's Judgement Kit has all of his needed items for patrol, such as handcuffs, pepper spray, and tasers. As well as his Judgement band.

    Flame Retardant Cloths: Crocell's cloths are specially made to be flame retardant. This way they won't catch fire whenever he uses his powers. His parents did this for all of his cloths after the third time they caught on fire.

    Cellphone: Crocell has a cell phone that he uses for calling the few friends that he has and to call his parents.

    Personality: Mop is a generally laidback young woman, who does her job like she's supposed to and without much complaint, except for when she's joking around. This, despite the fact that she's under heavy cover as just a regular girl working as a janitor at random places all over the city, and that most magicians seek their goal with the kind of dedication that could try to tear down gods. She has that same dedication...it simply manifests in the relaxed attitude she generally has.

    She has a few goals in life. One is making other people feel better about themselves and the world around them, through the reflection and depths that her magic is focused around. Another is just letting each day go by, fitting together little pieces of her own puzzle; because she doesn't know where she came from. Her memories are present, but scarce, and it leads up to the mystery of who she is. She lacks even a cabal. And she hopes that, by picking up little pieces of information, even utterly irrelevant ones, she can somehow piece her identity together.

    Outside of her work and her duty...Mop doesn't have much of a life. When she's not working as a janitor, she's spending time with one of the people who she's trying to help, and will generally accommodate to most activities. Thus far, she hasn't discovered something that can make her truly angry. And she hopes never to find out what it is.

    Appearance: Mop is a young woman of a height that's slighter than average, along with decently toned muscles on a skinny frame. Her emerald eyes lend a certain mystical quality to her, as does her red hair, which is far too often ungroomed and tucked behind her head with a bandana. Doing it up pretty would just mean it gets ruined by cobwebs and the like. The drab bandana is complimented by the thick sweaters she frequently wears, along with worn-down jeans and tough sneakers that have been through a hard time. A satchel is often hanging at her waist, along with a belt filled with various janitorial tools, and a necklace that holds her keys.

    When she's not in her work-clothes, she wears a similar outfit, though a little less obviously meant to withstand wear, and lets her hair down, tucked back with a simple pin, and topped with a stylish hat she picked up somewhere. Nail polish, though sometimes a hassle, is actually something that can strengthen and protect her fingernails, so she wears it quite often.

    As with many things about her, Mop has an unimposing mien. Her movements don't take control of a room, even with the enchantment placed on herself to avoid notice, and her body language can be described as relaxed at best and lazy at worst. Her voice is velvet-smooth, and accompanied by a tone of voice so calmly confident that one might think it really is okay to chill out in the branches of a park tree.

    Abilities: Mop's magic, as opposed to the religious or mythological symbols used by some, is focused around the concepts of reflections, dimensions, and portals. This is most commonly used to travel or see through to places that she's not meant to be, simply because it's a relatively inoffensive use of her abilities and is unlikely to cause trouble or draw attention to herself. It can also be used to hide inside reflections, if she chooses not to go all the way through.

    However, there are a few other abilities she displays. A particularly troublesome one is the ability to create reflections of herself, which can be used for a variety of reasons from aiding in the off chance that she encounters combat, being able to talk to two people at the same time, or just testing how dangerous something will be by sending a mirror duplicate of herself into it. The ritual required to summon a duplicate of herself is quite taxing, however, and the duplicate is unable to use any magic itself due to the complete lack of mana it possesses.

    Among her more minor tricks, Mop can use a sample of an area, or indeed person, and, through a ritual, use it to make herself less noticeable. People can still see her, but, as far as they're concerned, she's somebody else's problem. She has a knack for allowing people to reflect on themselves, and the world around them, for good or ill. And a less-used ritual of hers is used by taking some form of lens and imbuing it with the ability to detect when other dimensions are at play, which frustratingly includes AIM Dispersion Fields.

    Mop is skilled in Okinawan kobudō, as some way to affect the world instead of simply watching it as she normally does, which her magic is never used for. It is the only ability that a mirror duplicate can use, and is almost always used with the mop that she carries around with her everywhere. Which is relatively unremarkable, save for being surprisingly hardy and balanced for what's a simple janitorial tool.

    Physical Traits

    Athletic: Mop is a fairly athletic young woman with a decent degree of strength and agility, mostly owing to having to walk around all day, climb up to the hard-to-reach places to clean and maintain them, as well as being the sole person responsible for carrying all of her equipment around.

    Striking Looks: Despite her general homeliness made necessary by her job, Mop has a certain something about her looks that appeals to people when she wants them to see her. Whether it's the eyes, the rogueish smile, or just her pose, people don't tend to turn their backs on her.

    Mental Traits

    Perceptive: Mop has an uncanny knack for telling when something's off in a situation, and finding the little things that few others can. Whether it's the bruised knuckle of a teacher caught fighting earlier, the little cranny in a tree stump that hides a shiny penny, or the facial twitch of an emotionally disturbed civilian, she has a bad habit of noticing it.

    Compassion: Mop likes to use her abilities to help people, for the most part. Never many at once, because she can't fix all the problems in the world, but sometimes she chooses a special somebody to help out in life. As their personal dirt-covered guardian angel, like the janitors in Hollywood who always seem to show up right before the big game to give an inspiring speech to the down-on-their-luck sportsman.

    Cowardice: Mop's policy on non-intervention isn't just because she has an aversion to getting mixed up in politics. She fears the worst in any situation that she gets involved in too heavily, whether it's ruining the lives of others or ending up with bad attention focused on herself. As long as everything goes at a steady pace, she can handle it. Anything beyond that is asking too much.

    Notable Equipment

    Brass Doorknob: This magical item of Mop's own creation is used as the focus for her signature spell. When held in the air and twisted by her hand, it opens a doorway to any viable target area, which must either be a doorway or portal of some kind, or some form of reflection. No matter how small the destination object is, it allows her to fit through and get to where she needs to go. For any range above one hundred feet, Mop must have attuned the Doorknob to her destination beforehand, which involves a ritual that adds the necessary calculations to the Doorknob's repository of destinations. It is kept tucked into her bra most of the time.

    The Mop: It's used to clean surfaces.

    The Cane: Mop's replacement for the mop when she's out and about.

    Description: A young man with no memory of anything other then his name and a girl, Shizuo Hajime is a boy with messy black hair, and silver eyes that have nothing in them, just a blank stare of 'emptiness' that looks totally and absolutely surreal on his face. He tends to wear the school uniform of the school he attends, and is rarely seen outside of Ishimaru's company. Hajime's absolute blankness is rather suspicious at first, and nobody seems to remember anything about his life before.

    Personality: A blank slate. Hajime is nobody, and has nothing, and as such, doesn't really seem to comprehend the 'concept' of emotion. Hajime only reacts with stoicism to any situation, no matter how confusing, and it is a bit disturbing for others.

    Abilities

    Sound of Pulling Heaven Down {Esper Ability}: Hajime has minor control over gravity, able to manipulate anything that enters a field within a hairs-breadth away from his skin. Hajime's control can prevent anything that he 'understands' as a danger or aid from touching him, but anything outside of his understanding can easily break through it.

    Physical Traits

    Belongs in a Circus: Hajime is more acrobatic then athletic. In combat, he prefers knives to Moroe's guns, and closes in hard and fast.
    Blank Stare: Hajime's lack of emotion is rather frightening and bizarre at times, disturbing those who haven't grown used to it.

    Mental Traits

    Seriously: Hajime speaks calmly and in full sentences at all times. Contractions are not a thing that the person known as Shizuo Hajime uses.

His father was recently assigned to a job in Academy City from overseas and was offered considerable accomodations to bring his family along. Eli himself doesn't know much Japanese, so the transition will be difficult, but as long as he has no choice in the matter, he'll have to adapt and learn to speak the language on the fly. After learning about the special schools for psychics, though, Eli decided to visit one day and was captivated by the idea of becoming capable of ESP. He was henceforth determined to be accepted into one of the academies.

    Personality: Eli isn't the most social kid in Academy City, but he's not crippled by shyness, either. He's somewhat distant from his parents, though, so he's pretty quick to open up to the first person that shows him any decent measure of respect or compassion. On the flip-side, he doesn't take insults lightly and may lash out at anyone who continuously prods him. He has an extreme dislike for schoolwork, convinced that it's one big ploy to keep him busy and prevent him from doing what he wants.     Personality: As a member of Apotheosis, Kyosuke keeps himself withdrawn from other children his age, observing his classmates for weakness and to compile information on any power users that the company may be interested in. He hides this calculating nature behind a facade of being your average withdrawn nerd. Kyosuke has been indoctrinated from an early age to follow Apotheosis's goals and ideals, his faith in the company and their mission unwavering.

    Abilities: Kyosuke's spells mostly relay on elemental powers, focused on the creation and manipulation of intense forces of nature or so called "Acts of God" which cause unparalleled collateral damage. Kyosuke can summon torrents of water or molten rock from his focus, a telescoping staff crafted by the top minds at Apotheosis. Based from Academy City., Apotheosis has aggressively pursued an open and friendly public image with various donations to local hospitals and an open work program for anyone who wishes to apply. This has led to whispers from competitors and compatriots alike that the squeaky clean image is a front for nefarious deeds ranging from organ harvesting to massive money laundering schemes. Despite these whispers little has stuck to the company in terms of black marks and that, some say, is the strangest and most disconcerting thing of all. The whispers are of course correct though few could guess the true aims and secrets of the almost rapidly public company. Beneath the civilian front lies a cabal of desperate and powerful people ready and eager to throw all the money, political clout and resources controlling one of the largest companies in the world at any and every problem they encounter permits. These men and women control the real Apotheosis, a fanatical religious organization with a single goal. Create God. In a world where the strong rule over the weak and answers to even the most basic questions remain silent, the progenitors of Apotheosis set to give voice to those not able to speak for themselves.     Esper Level: 0. Constantly distracted by noises she can barely identify and anomalies she can barely make out.
    Combat Rank: E. Though in decent shape, she was not deemed fit for combat training.
    Personality: Lonely and easily bored after a year of isolation, Shellie has reached a point where she will take any excuse to get out and do something, even if it's obviously idiotic. If no such excuse presents itself, she'll get creative. Naturally curious and inquisitive like her father, funny and tech-savvy like her mother. Likes games, music, movies and comparing real life to tropes in those media.
    Appearance: 5'7", blond, ponytail. Thin; clearly still recovering from some kind of illness.

    Shellie is actually from Glasgow, and moved to Academy City with her parents about 9 years ago. Her mother taught her Japanese, and if she wasn't fluent when she moved in, she certainly is now. She has gradually been adopting the local accent, too.

    She has effectively been out of school for a year recovering from an ill-fated run through the Academy's psionic detection and awakening process. The side-effects of the experience were deemed the result of statistically acceptable risks to mundane applicants and she was ultimately ejected from the program.

    That said, her name and biometrics are still in the system; any psionic activity attributed to Shellie by a security checkpoint in Academy City would be matched up, count as legal and non-threatening based on the existing information, and not raise an alarm. As long as she doesn't do anything destructive, most computers won't notice the discrepancy; someone would have to actually go in and update it at some point.

    In the initial sparks of Shellie's awakening, she inadvertently altered her nervous system to accept an expanded set of information: light and sound outside the normal spectrum, smell, touch and taste with more granularity, and all with incredible sensitivity. Unfortunately, she quickly wound up burning out and turning the power off, leaving her practically blind and deaf as her mind is unable to process the information correctly. Visible light is compressed into shades of green, sound is magnified and distorted beyond recognition, chocolate tastes kind of like cocoa bean mulch.

    Over time, she has progressed to the point where she can make out the world around her, and has moved on to deciphering the infrared yellows and ultraviolet blues that constantly haunt her vision. All this, and all analysis still shows her as mundane, albeit with a mutant sensory nervous system; she's not been living in the sort of stressful environment that would trigger another awakening event, though no doctor is exactly expecting one in any case.

    Level 0: Her current level. Light and sound are compressed in their frequency spectra, new sensations are distracting, and loud noises are painful. Her powers are as often a liability as an asset.

    Level 1: She finally gets a complete grip on the spectrum of information that her senses are giving her. She can distinguish light and sound frequencies as well as she could before, and can do the same with the new frequencies and smaller amplitudes she now has access to. She can distinguish between individuals by smell and can sometimes tell where a given person has been if they're particularly stinky. She starts to develop new nerve endings throughout her body, creating a more granular sense of touch that's mostly good for catching ticks and leeches, or maybe hearing conversations between whales and elephants.

    Level 2: She learns to filter through sensory information for particular sights and sounds. With concentration, she can make out fine details as though using binoculars, listen to a whispered conversation on the other side of a crowd, or sniff out your lost cell phone in a pile of garbage.

    Level 3: Her increasing sensory processing power readily does all of the level 2 feats in an instant. She can see your arm begin to tense up before you pull the trigger and twist aside, creating the illusion that she can dodge bullets. She can count the change in her bag without reaching her hand inside.

    Level 4: With concentration, she can see great distances as though with a high-powered satellite or sniper scope. Close up, she make out the individual skin cells on the back of your hand. Her nose can match such skin cells up with the person they came from. If she can pick out your voice in a crowd, she can track it as you walk across town. She can feel her own hair and skin cells routinely sloughing off if she chooses to pay attention. She can count the change in your pocket without so much as looking at you. She can track burrowing creatures by vibrations in the ground. She can listen to your heartbeat from anywhere in the building. She can look at you, through a wall, and tell which of your organs is inflamed by its elevated temperature.

    Level 5: In space, Shelley can hear you scream.

    New cells and neural connections were necessary to expand the amount of information coming in, and accelerated transmission and interaction was needed to put it to good use. You could say that she's manipulating her nervous system a bit more generally, but specializes in this one angle because the first, involuntary burst wound up tossing her down that road.

    In the experiment, the new cells and connections were built in the initial sparks of her awakening. In her discomfort, she wound up suppressing the ability, but that didn't make the new connections go away. The speed and reaction enhancement that lets her process all of the new channels simultaneously requires that she actually have her psychicness turned on, so until that happens again her sensory nervous system just seems like a tangled mess.

    I freely admit that the rules of cool, plot, and drama played into it as well. Shelley relies on a lot of technobabble for what eventually boils down to a simple "keen senses" shtick, but I guess that's psionics for you.

    Media Junkie Skill Group:
    Being unable to see or hear properly is not conducive to keeping up with movies or music, so she's taken to exploring technical ways around that limitation. She's played with signal electronics, editing programs, encoders, and screens attempting to get a screwed-up output more closely mapped to her screwed-up senses. She's still hardly what you'd call a computer hacker, as security was never really her issue; it's more along the lines of jury-rigging. Well, and pop-culture knowledge, of course. She pays attention to the news, too.

    Her physical attributes have all suffered from a number of months of barely being able to eat or walk without bumping into things. She was reasonably athletic before that, though, so she'll probably be able to get her strength and stamina back up pretty quickly.

    Her mental attributes are fairly high. Recent experiences would seem to have driven her to improve them overall, though being out of school for a year may be a setback. Her boosted perception may drive this upward to some flukish degree over time.

    Her social skills are okay? She tends to get along well with people and maintains her friends in the A/V club. It's hard to think of her as a nerd.

    Personality: I hate this part of forms. It may be done later. It may not. I know her personality in my head, and anyone who meets her isn't going to have a handy guide to her behavior anyway.

    Appearance: A tall, thin, girl with flaming red hair and startlingly pale skin, which never seems to tan properly, just (if she stays out too long) burn and freckle, paired with a moderately pretty face, Fiona, needless to say, stands out in a crowd, especially a crowd in Academy City, something not helped at all by the Tokiwadai uniform that she's required to wear.

    Abilities: Level 1: Fiona can draw elements around her to existing objects; for instance, she could draw the air to a candle to blow it out, or pull water out of a nearby glass onto a table, though at this level it's mostly a curiosity, as it's only a momentary thing.

    Level 2: Fiona's control of the elements she summons improves, allowing her to create a brief rush of wind around a knife or pull water up to it, though it's still mostly unhelpful. She can also start to form objects out of the elements around her, though they dissipate almost instantly.

    Level 3: Fiona can hold elements to objects for as long as she chooses now, and the strength of the elements summoned can be higher, as well as having more precise control over them, and being able to draw them in from further off; this is, of course, also where it really comes into its own in combat, as any weapons she has can also be imbued with elemental forces.

    While her ability to actually create things from impossible thing is improving, they're still only semi-physical, fairly simple, and last for at most a few seconds, though that can still be enough to save her life in a fight, and is certainly a good sign for anything she might wish to use it for.

    Level 4: Her skill at imbuing elements into things doesn't notably improve, save that they linger just a short while now unless she specifically dismisses them, but her capacity for actual creation certainly does, allowing her to keep them in place for several minutes at a time, as well as being solid enough to give someone pause if, say, they tried to punch through one... Though they still aren't truly physical, albeit moreso than before, and much more complexity than a simple staff or the like is beyond her.

    Level 5: Fiona can, finally, maintain her creations indefinitely, so long as she maintains some degree of focus on them, and they're now fully tangible, despite any logic saying that ought to be impossible, allowing her to duel with blades of air and shields of steam. However, the elements still must be present in one form or another - she can draw them from a fair distance away, if she knows they're there, but she can still not create anything out of nothing.

    Physical Traits

    Athletic: Fiona is in fairly good shape, mostly due to a taste for urban exploration, and a fair bit of training with the various forms of weapon that she can create.

    Notable: Even when she might not want to be, Fiona is very hard to miss, and seems to actively draw some amount of attention simply by being present, at least if she's in view.

    Accent: Fiona has a notable Irish accent when she speaks, though most people don't find it too terribly hard to understand her anymore, as she's been working on that since she was sent here several years ago.

    Mental Traits

    Adaptable: Fiona has a knack for using situations to her advantage, and is good at blending in to cultures and groups despite her trouble with doing so physically except perhaps in Ireland or Scotland.

    Hot-Tempered: Fiona has a bit of a temper, which often manifests in sarcasm and mockery, though she's also been known to get into fights at times, albeit the latter, at least for now, has only been when well away from the prying eyes and ears of her teachers at Tokiwadai.

    Inconstant Loyalty: While at best seeming contradictory and at worst sound as though it would indicate a tendency for backstabbing, Fiona is actually fairly loyal... It's just that her loyalty seems to almost be doled out at random, depending on if she clicks just right with a person or not; it's not impossible to gain it by merit, but it is, obviously, much harder for those who have to than the ones who gain it almost immediately.

    Appearance
    Right from the get-go, Shougos' appearance is one that does not inspire a great deal of confidence in his physical ability. Standing shorter than the average Japanese male, at about 5'4, Shougo appears to be the very image of the kid who is frequently the victim of bullying. Possessed of dark hair and brown eyes, he is very much the sort who would not stand out in a crowd of people, no matter how ordinary-At least, anywhere but Academy City. Here, in the company of Espers, he sticks out like a sore thumb-Or to be more precise, the only ordinary thumb in a hand made almost entirely out of sore thumbs.

    In addition, he does not appear to be from a particularly affluent family; far from it, in fact, judging from his threadbare clothing, the absence of expensive electronic items and his overall lack of money. While he may appear physically underwhelming, however, the truth is that students such as him simply do not survive long without some sort of defense against physical threat. Yes, he is a mere 'level 1 Esper' and while it is true that he is neither a particularly bulky or imposing individual, he partially makes up for this by being wiry almost beyond belief. More importantly for someone such as him, however, is a very high level of ninjutsu mastery, courtesy of his late father-The curious Nimori Harada.

    Personality
    Simply put, Shougo is a quiet and reclusive individual; that is not to say that he is brooding or antisocial, however. More accurately, it would seem that he is stifled in his interactions with others by a stilted and overly traditional view on what social conventions should be like, frequently using archaic terms such as -dono when referring to others and being overtly formal. He is, partly as a result of his rather poor upbringing, simultaneously thrifty and ashamed of his lack of wealth, a trait which when combined with his aversion to 'being in others' debt' potentially makes him difficult to approach.

    Those who do make the effort to know Shougo would quickly realise that Shougo is both fatalistic and pessimistic whilst possessing a strong sense of justice and an even stronger sense of duty. If he gives his word, he will keep it, or die trying. Even if saving someone's life means risking his own, he will do it without a moments' hesitation.

    Abilities
    Esper Ability: Charge Action
    Basic Function
    Charge Action allows Shougo to alter the 'mass' and 'velocity' aspects of the formula P(Momentum) = MV whilst keeping P constant-Within limits, strict ones at the moment given his level. At this point of time, this ability simply allows him to move just a tad faster than normal and throw punches with great speed or, as per its' name, he can 'charge' an actions' momentum, storing it as an imaginary 'mass' until it is released as a blow which exceeds what a boy of his size should be able to deliver. He cannot yet extend this ability to projectiles, and his power is currently vastly limited in just how much can be 'charged' or converted at once; it can be compared to holding a weight using just your mind. The stored 'imaginary mass' is not subject to gravity and for all intents and purposes has 'disappeared' until called forth again.

    Additional Uses
    Allows a focused Shougo slightly more agility than he normally would have, particularly with regards to freerunning.

    Physical Traits
    Ninjutsu Skill: As mentioned above, Shougo possesses a very high level of skill with regards to his family's ninjutsu style, a skill his father rigorously drummed into him until his recent demise. Even still, Shougo still practices it frequently, conditioning his body in the process.
    Fast: Even without his ability, Shougo is quick, even by the standards of other martial artists. He is also capable of a degree of freerunning or parkour, although he has never formally been taught it. He picked up what he knows by attempting to follow his fathers' urban escapades in the past. Still, while he is quick, a lack of formal teaching means that he cannot truly compete with a parkour master and hope to win.
    Fit: Thanks to his hard training, Shougo possesses markedly more stamina than the average high school student.

    Mental Traits
    Determined: When Shougo promises something, he will try his hardest to deliver. Choosing not to does not enter his mind.
    Technologically Backward: Shougo…Possesses a frightening lack of technological proficiency especially given the setting, to be frank. He needs to think about how to use a phone and computers frequently confound him.
    Academically Poor: For various reasons, Shougo isn't particularly academically successful-A fact which is quite ashamed of.

    Appearance
    With numerous multi-colored beads in her hair, pink stickers on all her accessories and a perpetually chatty mouth, Kamakura Mei is a character one would definitely associate with the term 'larger than life'. Because she certainly acts a lot larger than she actually is. A small (as in, 4'10 small), slight girl with long black hair and green eyes, she could certifiably be called 'cute', in a girlish, slightly hyperactive way.

    She is half-Japanese, half-Chinese, and judging by her mostly pleasant disposition, she is from a happy family. She idolises Kasusa Sakurako as the ideal Judgement agent and dispenser of justice-Whilst ignoring her flaws, obviously.

    Personality
    Mei is a girl given to tempestuous changes in mood-At times, she can be sweet and friendly and kind and incredibly bubbly-Which, fortunately, is the way she normally is-Or, she could be incredibly fierce and forceful, not at all afraid to visit harm on the offender (or her team-mate, Shirogane Len). Whilst the red-faced, tip-toed, shrieking unbridled fury coming from such a tiny girl may look amusing-Even cute, one should beware; her wrath could blow you away. Literally.

    Esper Ability:Breath Hammer
    Basic Function
    Breath Hammer-Meis' Esper Power and the one which has earned her her much-hated nickname. Generating massive hammerspaces in her lungs, she can inhale vast quantities of air with ease, and expel them with great force. Currently, she can temporarily generate gale-force winds, throwing people catching the full brunt of her power dozens of feet.

    She accomplishes this by manipulating the pressure gradients inside the hammerspaces in her lungs.

    Her power, coincidentally, gives her a most comical appearance when she hyperventilates, as she inhales and exhales with a force that an ordinary human would not be able to imitate-Which she does frequently, when in distress.

    Physical Traits
    Frail: Mei is neither a physically powerful or resilient girl.

    Judgement Training: She is relatively skilled at Judgement-style martial arts, though.

    Adorable (Maybe): Most people, particularly boys, would find it hard to hit her, in the same way they'd find it hard to strike a little girl. Which she is. Mei, however, has no such reservations about hitting them.

    Mental Traits
    Hyperactive: Mei has too much energy at times, finding it difficult to sit down and focus on something unless the need is really pressing. Conversely, it is also very difficult to tire her out, a fact which Shirogane Len loathes.

    Singing Voice: She also has, perhaps thanks to her power, a marvelous singing voice. Curiously, despite her brashness in virtually every other field, she is very shy about displaying this trait.

    Clever: But not overly so. She can keep up at Tokiwadai, without excessive study.

    Mentally Stable: Unlike many other Espers, Mei is mentally very sound; in virtually every way save her involvement with Judgement and her power, she is the image of a happy teenage girl living a happy teenage life.

    Tsundere: There are some who say she is this with her teammate, frequently abusing him and then acting all apologetic (and then giving him lunch). She will explode in your face if you mention this, however.

    Notable Equipment:
    Handphone: Functions as a PDA and a Smartphone, with projected holographic screen and keyboard.
    Judgement Armband: Which she often proudly wears.
    Various Cute and Pointless Accessories: Self-explanatory.
    Pepper Spray: She carries a small can of this, largely at her overprotective fathers' request.

Her face is both foxy and charismatic. Her eyes are emerald orbs that coquettishly sparkle at any and all times. Her lips are lush and of a subdued fuchsia tone. The sun adores caressing her fair skin with its warming rays. It would not, nay, it could not so much as think of scorching such a lovely young woman! A siren's song flows from her lips as she speaks. Margaret is aware of her sublime beauty.     As for apparel, Margaret is only clad in her Tokiwadai uniform when school is in session. Her winter wardrobe is not worth describing herein. It is, after all, nearly impossible to dress fashionably without freezing to death when it is snowing outside!

    Level 3: Margaret is a talented technopath! She can control several machines within a given range at once, bending them to her will for a duration of time. She can cause glitches and other assorted mechanical malfunctions with a single thought - sometimes completely inadvertently. While this can be an incredibly useful skill (she does not appear on any sophisticated monitoring device and tends to "accidentally" break the tech of individuals she dislikes), this ability has caused her an excessive amount of grief in the past. When she was a Level 1, Margaret wrecked the electrical systems in her room so frequently that the custodians gave up on trying to repair them. Margaret's presence in the principal's office while his secretary was busy ordering supplies for his office resulted in 12 crates of stuffed animals being delivered to his office instead of his new chair. Then there was that time with that generator and the squirrel...and that other time with the automatic door and that poor doggy...and the electric wheelchair and unfinished bridge incident...

    Margaret, apparently, practices martial arts a little more than any sane person would. She has beat the living daylights out of several people in the past - mostly in self-defense.     Margaret will do anything to stave off the boredom of day-to-day life at Tokiwadia. Recently, she has amused herself by tormenting students from Onizuka. Previously, she had entertained herself by typing up stories on her typewriter, acting in local plays, and shopping. For some undisclosed reason, she has abruptly ceased to participate in any of these activities.

    Though Margaret is flirty and could probably date anyone she'd like to date, she refuses to date anyone.

    Personality: On the outside, Ren is an abrasive, cold individual who does not like to socialize with others. He has few friends, hardly interacting with anybody else if he can help it. Normally showing a detached disinterest in things that do not concern him, Ren tends to keep to his own and projects the image of a perfectly law-abiding and disciplined student. After all, he is from Judgement.

    Yet, on the inside, Ren is an utter slacker. While he is a driven individual who takes his exercise and studies seriously, he is incredibly protective of his break time- something his Judgement duties seem to have a disturbingly good accuracy at interrupting.

    Appearance:178cm tall with an athletic build, dark brown hair and eyes, Ren frequently wears his school uniform for lack of a better substitute. Or rather, he doesn't like wasting time to buy casual clothes. His above-average looks and quiet demeanour often creates an artificial aura of mystery that has created a small misaimed fanclub for him.

    When he does go out in casual clothes, he tends to dress lightly and loosely. Unless it is necessary for his duties, Ren prefers to keep his Judgement armband hidden- not that it matters to any Nagatenjouki student: Ren is one of the more "famous" members of the Nagatenjouki Judgement group.

    Coordinate Twist

    Basic Function
    Coordinate Twist is a powerful variation of teleportation that allows the user to designate areas and switch them at will (I.e. switching two 2-meter radius spheres with each other). This can be done remotely, or even blindly (at great risk, so this is almost never done without forward preparation).

    Ren has to calculate areas and displacement when attempting to teleport anything(exception being his body), making usage slower than say, Shirai Kuroko from canon.

    Furthermore, the ability relies extensively on reference points and pre-recorded coordinates for safe usage.

    LEVEL 4: Capable of teleporting a human-sized mass up to 500m.(Comfortable usage level- May exceed distance or volume, but may incur headache.)
    Teleportation must be in a standard shape(cuboid, pyramid, sphere, etc.) with the exception of teleporting himself.
    Teleportation takes 1 second(plus a 'thinking delay' if he is not teleporting himself, in order to calculate the relative distances to himself of the two areas), during which the destination and source areas refract light heavily.
    May be safely used once every 5 seconds. Using it faster is possible, but induces headaches.

    Additional Uses
    Portal Creation
    By constantly switching two 2-d planes, Ren can create a simulation of a portal. Maximum Size: 2m by 2m, Range of 500m. Requires focus to be maintained while the portal is open. Any objects that are going through the portal when it is closed is cut in half.

    Takedown Specialist: Ren is skilled in freerunning, parkour and hand-to-hand combat. Ren's fighting style is Krav Maga.

    Slippery: Ren can seemingly slip through almost any obstacle, courtesy of running through the Anti-Skill obstacle course for exercise instead of jogging.

    Kendo: Ren was in the school team when he was back in Middle School. Muscle memory comes back quickly, but Ren is seriously out of practice.

    Snapshooting: Ren's ability at 3d and vector calculations make him significantly better at making snap judgements when shooting out of instinct with small arms. His snapshots are almost as good as his aimed shots- but he is no better than a trained soldier at hitting targets. He just aims faster.

    Elementary Math: Due to the nature of his ability, Ren is freakishly good at basic calculations, 3-d mapping and vector mathematics.

    Paranoid: Ren always carries a set of handcuffs on his person.

    Proficient Liar: Years of putting on an act has made Ren a pretty good liar.

    Tsundere/Antisocial: Ren is curt and abrasive to most people he meets- This is probably the reason why he has few friends. Those he does have, however, he will protect and help in any way he can- While still firing off the occasional snide insinuation.

    Ad Lib: Ren is very good at making things up on the spot. Plans, lies and ideas are all things he can cook up rapidly when motivated enough. Just don't expect them to be perfect.

    Sharp: Ren tends to spot what others miss- his case experiences and paranoia often helping to highlight seemingly innocuous clues.

    Judgement Training: Ren is trained in first aid, advanced crowd control techniques and emergency situation responses.

    Personality
    An unabashed slacker, Jin is very much a laid-back character, rarely serious and averse to hard work. However, he is loyal to his friends and often goes out of his way to help them. While pragmatic, Jin still makes snap decisions on gut feeling impulse when under pressure. A friendly person, Jin nevertheless cannot tolerate stupidity, a trait he has in common with Ren, although he would rather remain diplomatic rather than make scathing comments, unlike Ren.

    Appearance
    At about 176cm tall, Jin has a craggy look and perpetually-messy, spiky short black hair and dark brown eyes. Although he is less fit than Ren, who trains almost obsessively, Jin is still very fit, given that his hobbies are Iaido and mechanical engineering.

    Flow/Shift Pulse

    Basic Function
    Jin's ability gives him the power to 'steal' energy and convert it between various types. At his level, these are kinetic, electrical and heat.

    Can only covert at a fixed rate- About 2100Watts.
    Limited Range of 5 meters.
    Must be able to see object to be moved and sources of energy.
    Cannot lower an object's temperature below -10 Degrees Celsius
    Ability usage does not stop natural flow of power.

    I.e. He cannot turn an object into something he cannot track- the second he becomes unable to track something (i.e. trying to accelerate a ball-bearing to relativistic speeds), the ability stops working and conversion stops. What this means is that there is a fixed limit on how fast he can make something go. In addition, Jin cannot superheat an object- Energy will "bleed out" of the concentration area faster than he can "steal" it back in.

    Additional Uses
    Air Conditioning: Limited Cryokinesis. At level 1, this was the manifestation of his power- he could keep most common things at a fixed temperature.
    Shock Insulator: Jin can "steal" current and prevent it from shocking him. However, this requires that there is something to transfer the energy to, mostly the floor.
    Sound Damping: Jin can "steal" the kinetic energy of air particles around him, stilling them and preventing the transmission of sound waves, effectively eliminating sound from one source. The energy has to go somewhere, though- either as a buildup of static charge or heat.

    Traits:

    Physical Traits
    Iaido: Jin is a ridiculously quick draw with a sword. When wielding a telescoping baton, this translates to extremely painful and sometimes lethal strikes.

    Excellent Reflexes: By extension, Jin is very good at tracking fast-moving objects.

    Ex-Judgement: Although he has left Judgement, Jin has gone through Judgement training and is easily capable of holding his own in a brawl. He uses Krav Maga, which can deliver bone-shattering strikes when used in conjunction with his esper ability. Whether the bones being shattered are his own or the opponent's are another question altogether.

    Mental Traits
    Mechanical Engineering: Jin has a way with technology. Taking apart, repairing and reassembling most mechanical and electrical devices are simple tasks for him and he can apply his knowledge to deduce an object's function by taking it apart. Usually.

    Projectile Ballistics: Jin is very good at predicting where a thrown projectile will hit.

    Intelligent: Despite not doing or just outright copying half his homework, Jin is still capable of keeping afloat and not failing out of Nagatenjouki.

    Problem Solver: Jin is capable of quickly thinking on his feet and improvising on the spot to deal with problems.

    Judgement Training: Jin is trained in first aid, basic crowd control techniques and emergency situation responses.

    Equipment:
    Smartphone: Simple smartphone.
    Powerbank: Simple, 8000mAH portable powerbank that Jin often charges with his own body's heat output. Can be used as a torchlight or a high-powered laser pointer.
    Watch: Simple digital sports watch.
    1967 Yen Coin: A simple 1967 100 Yen coin with plastic casing. Carried as a good luck charm.

    Notes: Jin is "retired" from Judgement. However, given that Judgement members have to sign 9 contracts and Jin couldn't get out of all of them, he can easily be recalled to duty by somebody with the proper authority. Jin joined Judgement the same time as Ren and was Ren's former Judgement partner up til his retirement.

    Background:

    He was born into a high class Japanese family in Academy City. He lived a happy life with his scientist father who always worked at home and his Medical Doctor mother.

    One day when he was 9, he was with his father in his home lab helping him test a new machine. It's purpose was the ability to use ones brain waves to create an area around the body where any amount of kinetic energy is exerted towards oneself he or she could choose where it goes.

    The experiment was working fine. Him and his father were having fun with it. The machine was about the size of a computer and had a head piece which would sit on ones head. His father took a bouncy ball in one hand and a coin(I can hear all the Railgun fanboys screaming "OMFG! WAY TO COPY RAILGUN!") in another, he would then drop the bouncy ball and catch it, seconds later he would flick the coin to great heights.

    After awhile he asked his father if he could try to use it and his father agreed.

    Motoki and his father had fun with it for several more hours but his father did not realize that the machine began to overheat. 5 mins later there was a explosion which flung Motoki and his father to different sides of the room.

    Thanks to the quick thinking of the mother, who was able to stabilize and then got them to a local and pretty small hospital nearly unscathed for the moment.

    Motoki woke up 5 days later in the hospital. After getting the attention of a nurse, he asked her where his father was she told him that his father is safe and in the hospital also.

    After 2 more days he was released, but during this whole time he never got a chance to see his father.

    He asked his mother if he could see his father. She took Motoki to him.

    On the way to see his father his mother gave him the coin his father was playing with during the experiment. Motoki decided to practice flipping the coin on the way so he could show his father how good he had gotten.

    They arrived to his father's room, He was lying comatose in his bed at the hospital. His mother told Motoki that his father was sleeping.

    Unknown to them, earlier that day the hospital that they were at became headlines on the news for it's practice of abortions.

    A leader of a religious extremists group decided to shoot everyone in that hospital for supporting such an evil act and then bomb the building.

    The man had killed several other people before he got to Motoki's father's room, by which time Motoki's mother had barricaded the door with chairs and other heavy objects.

    After awhile of kicking and shooting at the door, he was finally able to force his way into the room.

    He then shot Motoki's mother and father. Jack charged the man with syringe and stabbed the man in the gut.

    The man, who was leaving at this point(he felt no need to shoot the kid) turned and shot Motoki.

    The bullet hit him square in the forehead but stopped suddenly doing no harm to Motoki. Out of fear and panic Motoki grabbed a chart board attached to his father's bed and flung it at the man. hit him in the face with it but with so much force it chopped his head in half diagonally.

    The man, in his other hand, had a hand pressure device for the bomb he was going to blow the hospital up with. The exact second he died his hand released from the device and set off the bomb.

    Motoki unwillingly gathered the kinetic energy from the explosion, still destroying the hospital and everyone else in it.

    Motoki then fell to the floor and blacked out.


    When the police finally arrived they found a child in charred clothing and a destroyed hospital.

    Later at the police station, the police asked little Motoki how it happened, all jack could do is cry and say I don't know. After awhile of questioning the police gave up and took him to a foster house.

    A researcher by the name of Dr. Akiharo from Academy city who was researching newly found Esper powers, heard of this strange boy and how he was found in the hospital. He suspected that the child was an Esper and decided to go test the boy.

    After several tests Dr. Akiharo found that the boys ability was indeed an Esper power. He wanted the boy to come with him to Academy city but the attendants of the foster house would not let the boy go unless the Doctor would adopt him.

    The doctor agreed and took the boy to Academy city, after all the boy was only 10 years old and already at least a level 2.

    Motoki has lived and trained in Academy city ever since.

    Personality: He has always had the belief that you treat others how they treat you and that anyone that thinks that you should treat others how you want to be treated is a fool.

    Through the horrific event at the hospital he has some mental issues, the major one is voices in his head that tell him to do things that he wouldn't normally do nor want to do, like tear out his finger nails or to mutilate someone standing in front of him or sometimes something as little as cursing at someone that's dear to him.

    It's happens everyday and he can normally just shake(literally) it off but there are someday's when he can't and he'll struggle to keep them quiet.

    The voices seem to be quiet as long as he keeps himself busy.

    Besides that he is very kind and well mannered person.


    Appearance: He enjoys dressing up and looking sophisticated(probably because when he lived with his father and mother he always dress in a suit).

    He has short blonde hair with short bangs that go off to the left.

    Quite often people will see him shake his head randomly or say no under his breath, which is because of the voices.

    He always has Black or white gloves on when not using his power since it's not something he can turn off and direct skin contact is the trigger.

    Abilites:

    Kinetic Energy Manipulation: The ability to transfer kinetic energy from one object and transfer it to another

    Once he gains the kinetic energy through means of direct skin contact, with in minute he must transfer the energy gained or have it force its way out with explosive consequences threw-out his body.

    He may transfer this energy by means of anyway any thing would normally generate kinetic energy.

    When he uses his ability the end kinetic energy is = to the amount he would generate by himself + the amount the object he stole from would have generated. Since this ability is obviously psychokinetic, he has yet learned to add his psychokinesis to it.

    Also when he uses his ability it cases no harm to him(unless he fails to unleash it).

    Amazing Aim- Over the years of training he has honed his aim, in other words he can aim really well when using his power to transfer kinetic energy.

    Great Hand-eye- One of the ways Dr. Akiharo had him train, was to put on a padded suit, take a bouncy ball into a small room, throw it and catch it over and over again until it was traveling at extreme speeds and shattered. Due to this kind of training his hand-eye coordination has become near super human.

    Equipment: He always has his fathers coin on him and a super bouncy ball. Both can be used to gather kinetic energy.

    Personality: Krystal is, overall, cheerful and helpful. She tends to not brood on anything negative, because she just doesn't see the point in that. She also doesn't let any criticism of her affect her too much. If it's just stupid comments, then she just ignores it. If it's actually helpful, she'll do what she can with it. She's usually friendly with pretty much anybody. She doesn't often suspect people of any ulterior motives, and will usually take what they say at face-value. That is, unless she's caught them in lies before. She always offers help, even if it isn't wanted. Have to at least offer, right? It's only polite. Despite her cheerful and helpful attitude, Krystal isn't one to randomly approach people she doesn't know and start hanging out with them. Krystal is a bit of a nerd, with varying tastes. She loves movies, books, video games, comics, cars, and watching her dad's football team. She does well in school.

    Background: Krystal was originally born in the U.S., but her family moved here when she was four. Both of her parents work for a major car company, which is how they met in the first place. Despite her parents having demanding positions, Krystal is still fairly close to them. She's on the phone with them often enough, and will leave her dad on speakerphone while they both watch football games of his college team during their season.

    Appearance: Krystal is a little on the short side for her age, with a lean build to her body. Her skin is a little pale, but doesn't seem to burn easily. Mostly just tans. Her hair falls down to her jawline, with her bangs swept to the right. It is white in color, and is straight and kind of fluffy. It poofs slightly, making her head look a bit bigger than it is. Her eyes are a very pale blue color. Like all Tokiwadai students, she spends most of her time in her uniform. The only additions to her uniform are her bookbag and a pair of cloth wristbands. The bag is blue with a yellow, block "M" on it. The wristbands change from day to day, though all have some kind of logo on them. Usually one pertaining to a comic or video game.

    Abilities: Electromagnetic Spectrum Manipulation

    Krystal is able to detect, produce, translate, and see the energy of the electromagnetic spectrum. The spectrum covers various kinds of energy waves; radio waves, micro waves, infrared light, visible light, ultra violet light, X-rays, and gamma rays. She has always been able to see visible light, just like a normal person. Once her powers were awakened, she could start to feel the waves on the low end of the spectrum. Radio waves.

    Krystal can pick up and interpret radio waves around her.

    Level 1:
    Krystal can produce radio waves of her own now, and pick up and interpret microwaves.

    Level 2:
    Krystal can produce microwaves, and pick up infrared and ultraviolet.

    Odd Tastes - For being a teenage girl in a school as prestigious as Tokiwadai, Krystal sure has some odd tastes in things she likes. Most girls at Tokiwadai probably wouldn't eat the big, meaty, greasy burgers that she just loves, for instance.

    Builder of Sorts... - Krystal likes making things. Granted, she doesn't usually have much to work with, but random Lego or clay creations can be found in her room.

    Sketchy - Krystal also likes drawing. She doesn't really have a favorite subject. Just whatever pops into her head.

    Evil tongues may call him antisocial or even shut-in, but neither of this is true: he simply is not really comfortable talking to strangers, and doesn’t really enjoy pointlessly wandering around; he is indeed a busy person, and has no time to waste. Once you get to know him, Shun is that type of person who enjoys company and goes out of his way to help friends in need.
    He lives by the principle of “hope for the best, prepare for the worst”, resulting in a cynical and disillusioned attitude; also, he generally disregards what other people (except for the closer friends and relatives) think of him, though he tries to maintain a reputation of decent person, and he is very, very stubborn.
    He tends to pass his free time reading or playing some computer games.

    Tough technically born in Japan, Shun’s family moved to Italy when he had not turned two yet. Since he had always been forced by his parents to learn Japanese anyway, and because he somehow wanted to be “special” (who doesn’t?), when he was 12 he decided that he might as wanted to study in Academy City. Still, a child is a child, and his parents were not so eager to let him go: it took one whole year to persuade them and make the necessary preparations, and even once arrived in Japan they stayed with him as long as their vacation allowed. When he was finally left alone, after the first few days Shun began to realize that living alone is not easy, and that though he knew the language he did not really know about Japanese customs: while social gaffes by foreigners are normally forgiven, he does not look like one…
    So, he began to avoid potentially “dangerous” situations, and devoted himself to study and training: over the course of this two years, he managed to rise from the lowly Level 0 to Level [TBE]. Now that he has reached a decent one, and has grown accustomed to life in Japan, it would probably be best to slow down a bit and begin to enjoy the student life.

    The word that probably fits him best is “average”: average height, average build, brown eyes and black hair, usually wears his school uniform. This is, however, voluntary: Shun prefers to not stand out.
    He keeps his hair short and neat, and always wears a pair of eyeglasses. If one were to find a “distinctive style”, it would most likely be that he tends to wear dark colors and not to follow fashions, but in a city where nearly anyone wears uniforms this is not as easily noticed as one would think.

    Shun is able to create what is commonly referred to as “forcefields”. Because, practically, they are electromagnetic fields***, they tend to cause interferences, and sometimes even short-circuits, when in the vicinity of machinery, and

    As this level, the power is almost nonexistent: its effects can only be measured by machines.
    Level 1:
    At level 1, Shun can create a single bidirectional forcefield, of limited size (enough to protect a person, or block a door) and in his immediate vicinity. It is able to block weak melee blows and light moving objects (a pen, an apple).
    Level 2:
    At level 2, Shun can create a single bidirectional forcefield, of limited size (enough to protect a person, or block a door) and within a limited range. It is able to block melee blows and medium-sized moving objects (a suitcase, rocks).
    Level 3:
    At level 3, Shun can create multiple bidirectional forcefields, of limited size (enough to protect a person, or block a door) and at range. They are able to block light bullets and large moving objects (a not-so-fast car, boulders).
    Level 4:
    At level 4, Shun can create multiple bidirectional forcefields, of "normal" size (enough to protect a small group, or to block a large hallway) and at range. Only high caliber bullets and extremely high velocity objects can break through them.
    Level 5:
    At level 5, Shun can create multiple bidirectional forcefields, of greater size (enough to protect a large group or a building) and at greater range. Almost nothing cann pass pierce a level 5 forcefield.
    He can also create a single monodirectional field, with the features of a level 4 forcefield.

    When Shun does create more then one forcefield, they are weaker. Eache time he doubles their number, their "strength category" (but not the size) drops one level. So, for instance, a level 3 forcefield can be split in two with the resilience of level 2 ones, or in four with the resilience of level 1 forcefields. Any number beyond that would drop the "strength category" to 0, so though technically possible it would be quite useless.

    Generally speaking, a forcefield can block completely something corresponding to its level category, and slow the said something a bit if it belongs to the next level category (much like a bullet after piercing a wall, or a car breaking through it). Higher categories are unaffected.
    Speed and impacting surface also influence the category: a light bullet after having pierced a thick concrete wall can probably be stopped by a level 2 forcefield, while a boulder falling from a great height can be blocked only by a level 4 forcefield (by using multiple level 3 forcefield so that is slows down enough to be blocked by one of them).
    Note that lasers and other photon-based attacks are completely unaffected, since the forcefields don't block light, nor are those powers tha do not require "to hit" (unless having an intense EM field in the line of effect somehow disrupts them)

    The electromagnetic nature of his power has enhanced the conductivity of Shun’s nervous system, increasing the speed of nervous signals (resulting in faster reaction times and thought speed ). Sadly, it also renders Shun more susceptible and vulnerable to electrical discharges and the like.
    Both this side effects “scale” with power level, being hardly noticeable at level 0 and something that must be taken into account at level 5.

    Though a long time fan of movies and video games, Gure has gone from being the A/V club's most active and outgoing personality to being wary and distant. She's gone out of her way to avoid prolonged contact even with close friends; when someone wants to do something fun, Gure is always the first one finding an excuse not to come along. At first, it was easy to just say she's been busy, and that's true. Her schedule has been filled up since her Esper test came up positive, but she hasn't smiled in almost as long.
    These days she goes through a typical day without saying a word; she goes to class, then straight to her extra training sessions in, 'Secret Club,' and then straight to her dorm to sleep. Two years ago, the plan was to bunk with Shellie, but it's probably for the best that Gure lives alone now.

    Appearance: Young, somewhere between average and ghastly.

    5'1 or 155 cm don't seem too impressive until you're told how short Gure was a year ago. She's grown 15 cm in as many months and has been working out the entire time, which has firmly ousted her previous childish appearance but hasn't yet replaced it with much in the way of adult attributes. ...in other words, she looks like a typical middle-schooler, with stretch marks on her shoulders and pale skin with red blotches on her face and hands. She has foregone her almost costume-like long hair for a spartan bowl cut, and wears a uniform even if the school doesn't require one because her new tutor has insisted that she look, 'professional.' For now, she also has an eye patch; her left eye is recovering from cataract surgery that she suddenly needed for some reason.

    Esper Ability: Invisible Death Ray

    Okay, it's not quite as melodramatic as that, but from her perspective and that of the military-types who now effectively run her life, it might as well be. When she went in for her tests, they found that she could emit a burst of nuclear radiation, immediately took her to a more private location and locked the records away.

    Why, considering all of the local children's crazy powers and a roster of existing level-5 rock stars, was finding this particular ability such a big deal? The main reason is that the radiation gives no immediately-perceptible indication of when it is emitted. It's hard to detect and nearly impossible to defend against. The suits looked at the idea and saw a near-perfect future assassin that they desperately needed for their collection, no matter if she was getting a late start.

    To be fair, it's also important to note that the imperceptible nature of the power also makes it extremely dangerous and difficult to control. Had they not paid her such special attention and trained her so intensely once her ability became active, she may well have unintentionally wiped out the bone marrow of everyone in the school before anyone realized what was going on. It would have been over the course of months of accumulated radiation dose, and it may even have been treatable with the state of modern medicine these days, but still.

    Level 0: Occasionally emits neutrons every which way without realizing it. Good thing she wasn't at this level for very long.
    Level 1-2: Can direct a beam of radiation in a particular direction from a particular part of her body, usually her hands or her forehead, leaving red splotches behind on her skin over time. She recently made the mistake of directing a beam straight through her left eyeball. It wasn't a super-high dose, but it was still easily enough to screw up the cells of her lens and induce cataracts. And the symptoms didn't even appear until about a month later.
    Level 3: Her current level, which she reached just recently. She can focus on an external object with which she is in contact and project the beam from there rather than her own body, effectively protecting herself from more skin damage and mishaps. Her dose rate at the top end is around 100 rads per second; enough that ten seconds of full-body exposure would already be more than any human has been recorded as surviving. Of course, modern medicine as it is, it might take a while longer than that to... guarantee results. It's still pretty useless in a combat scenario, since radiation poisoning doesn't actually kill anyone until a few weeks after exposure; her opponents might vomit after a few long combat rounds, but that's about it. She can also emit radiation in all directions, and may do so involuntarily under stress, but at least she realizes it now and can take steps to stop it... and thankfully, she is the sort of person who will do her best to stop it.
    Level 4: To be honest, she hopes never to actually grow this powerful, but it seems inevitable at this rate. The dosage escalates to the point where a few seconds with her can kill within minutes, and though it never has a very long range, her projection ability gradually improves so she can get an object across the street to emit the radiation for her.
    Level 5: Ever seen Doctor Strangelove?

    Traits:
    Evasive: Adept at withdrawing from engagements, both physically and emotionally, and at withholding details regarding, "Secret Club." In combat, she dodges a lot, and can slip out of a one-sided gunfight.
    Probably Going Insane: Gure knows that she can't be who she was anymore but she's not sure she can turn into the kind of person Our Country wants her to be, either. She's partway that person now and she doesn't like her very much.
    Equipment: Eyepatch, phone. She keeps her phone turned off, usually.

    Not everyone does this; Shellie still lives with her parents because of her medical condition, Eli probably commutes because he's an American and Americans don't do boarding schools, and a bunch of others just happen to live close enough that moving isn't worth the trouble. Gure, on the other hand, is from out of town, and she wanted to get away from her parents anyway; she became a boarder as soon as she had the option.

    Personality: Dangerously happy. Kordson is an all-around nice guy who loves a challenge. He is fiercely loyal and has a strong sense of honor when he feels others are being treated poorly. Not the smartest person there is but willing to learn (if he's able to stay awake of course).
    Appearance: Short, real short, Kordson measures a towering 4'8" and 120Lbs. Kordson is well muscled and tanned as well as being completely bald. His eyes are two-toned, with an outer ring of lime green fading into inner sparkle of ice blue. He wears unremarkable casual cloths. When required to wear a school uniform it's worn loose and untucked.

    Background: Not much to say here. Kordson had a relatively uneventful childhood, growing up with his mother in a poor neighborhood of Academy City. Trained hard and after spending most of his life as both a level 0 and a D student was found to be an ability user at age 15. Training continued and now he's starting high school at [not cannon main school].
    Abilities: Power Stroke. This ability is a mix between an esper ability and "advanced" physiology. When under stress, or just really excited, the hormones epinephrine and norepinephrine trigger his body to alter and produce more of the myosin and actin proteins in his muscles allowing for stronger contractions. While in this state Kordson can reduce/ shut off the part of his mind that limits strength to prevent injury. When the parasympathetic nervous system kicks in to return to normal, his body’s recovery mechanisms are stimulated more, kind of like regeneration but he heals over hours or days.
    This ability allows Kordson to exert more force than would normally be possible for his size, as well as making him recover from injury or strenuous exercise faster than most.

    Traits: Kordson is arguably much stronger than most people larger than himself, much to the surprise of many of his opponents.

    Age: 16
    Type: mage (necromancer)
    Power Ranking: C
    Personality: Nathen is mostly a loner, largely due to his dislike of most people and his complete lack of people skills. He tries to come across dark and brooding, with complete control of his personal universe, but he is actually easily flustered and ends up more dork and bumbling. Clever and a quick study he is a proficient student.
    Appearance: Is of average height, but has a slim build that is typically hidden under a heavy black hoodie with a stylized skull emblem. Is fairly pale, with gaunt facial features. Nathen's most noticeable feature is that he lacks a right arm. His right sleeve is tied off at the point where his elbow would have been.
    Abilities: Nathen is a novice, but highly skilled, necromancer. He has limited control over "negative life energies". Applications of this ability range from wilting flowers to causing nausea and chills, and putting someone into shock. Nathan is unable to kill with his power.

    Activating any spell requires him at least to speak an incantation, the more negative energy summoned the more complex the requirements, the strongest effects require a physical link to the target, specifically blood from animals/people. After completing the spell, the power is stored in Nathen's body or an item until triggered for release or the energy gathered disperses. A spell typically lasts a few minutes. Triggering the effects of the energy requires physical contact for all but the smallest spells. Using (or wasting) a lot of energy causes physical weakness in Nathen

    Example 1: Quick 3 syllable incantation fills Nathen's hand with energy that could last up to 5 min., if used right away it could turn 1 sq foot of grass black and sickly, the grass could recover over time, or give someone feeling of general malaise for a minute.
    Example 2: Incantation takes the form of a phrase. Summons a large amount of energy for a large effect right away (causing bruising) or more likely a small effect (nausea) within 10 minutes. If not used within the time Nathen would feel ill or possibly get a nose bleed.
    Example 3: After somehow acquiring a person’s blood conducts a ritual with at least 5 minutes of chanting. Summons a massive amount of energy, must store some of it in a rune etched weapon/ item. Energy lasts up to half hour. Causes tissue necrosis at point of contact with target the sooner used the more damage. After successful or unsuccessful use, Nathen would probably pass out and be unable use any magic for around 24 - 48 hours. ((I honestly don't think I would ever use this level of power, seems unnecessarily complex. If there were some plot point to it maybe... ))

    He has recently begun experimenting with animating corpses and is capable of maintaining direct control over a fresh human cadaver for about 5 minutes with a limited range of motions. The simpler or more decomposed a body the more control can be exerted. (Will never be able to actually bring people back to life. May allow me to play undead NPCs)
    Traits:
    The one armed man. Lost his right arm in a mysterious accident is now a lefty.
    Mage, hidden in plain sight. Keeps powers hidden acts like a normal level 0 student.
    Necrophilia (sorta) Finds that the dead make better company than the living.

    Personality: A bit on the rebellious side, though Georgia's days of complete anarchy are (mostly) behind her. She knows how to toe the line without actually crossing it (when people are directly looking at her, anyway). She does care about the well-being of those who can't defend themselves though, despite the patented cool indifference she typically sports. Her work with Judgment gives her the perfect opportunity to watch out for Academy City's general populace. Usually fairly easy-going and prone to keeping her cool. Won't compromise her beliefs out of convenience.

    Appearance: 5'5", short messy blonde hair, vibrant blue eyes, small, athletic build. When not in her school uniform Georgia typically dresses in t-shirts, jeans/cargo pants, and sneakers. Keeps her style very casual and relaxed. Doesn't bother at all to match or look "cute".

    Background: Georgia grew up under relatively normal terms. Her father worked as a naval engineer while her mother was a schoolteacher. She was an only child, which meant a lot of her parent's attention was focused onto her. It was her dad that pushed her to get into sports, noticing her natural athleticism. She took to swimming the most out of all of them, becoming quite accomplished enough to win more than her fair share of medals.

    But then a wrench was thrown into her otherwise idyllic life. Coming home from an out of town swim meet one evening, the family were hit by an oncoming car whose drive had fallen asleep at the wheel. When it was all said and done, only Georgia and her father survived, the two of them forced to bury her mother. Mr. Jenks bottled up all of his emotion, choosing to stay strong for his daughter. He didn't realize that in doing so he put up walls between them, effectively shutting a grieving child out in the cold.

    Well, Georgia reacted with anger. She started acting out, hanging with a bad crowd, and generally picking up awful habits. Seeking a way to save his young daughter from the path she was headed down, her father accepted a transfer to Academy City, uprooting them from America to Japan in a not-so-subtle manner. This would've been an even bigger outlet for Georgia to express her frustration had it not been for her surprising emergence as an Esper. Her ability was deemed unique enough to earn her a place at Kirigaoka Academy, an atmosphere she wasn't completely excited about existing in.

    But with her developing talents came a chance to do some good through Judgment, and she couldn't deny how alluring an idea that was. So, she joined, putting forth the extra effort to additionally learn some useful combat skills.

    Abilities: Whirling Dervish

    Overview: In essence, the subject is able to spin her body in place with enough force to generate a barrier around herself. This barrier can be used both offensively and defensively – and at the moment has proven to be nigh impenetrable. Thus the subject is provided with a notable level of invulnerability to boot.

    Level One: Capable of very short bursts of whirling. Limited control overall. The generated barrier is fairly weak and won't hold up to continued outside assault. Subject prone to dizziness for a period of time afterward.

    Level Two: Slight improvements noted. Subject's whirling can be sustained longer. Control is still visibly spotty, though the barrier is notably harder to break through, yet still not entirely impervious. First signs of the effect the subject's continual rotation has on the environment seen – mostly damaging the ground beneath her feet and kicking up gusts of wind in excess of 20 to 30 mph.

    Level Three: An impressive jump in ability. Whirling is maintained with much better ease than before. Tests against the subject's barrier have proven most fast-moving projectiles will be deflected. Also, the subject has developed an interesting new facet of her power – movement – and is no longer restricted to a purely stationary position. This movement is however still privy to the rules of gravity, not quite granting her aerial capabilities just yet. As another interesting aspect, the subject is able to enter and exit her whirling state on command, allowing advanced combat tactics to be employed as desired.

    Level Four: The subject's current level of expertise. Aerial capabilities have been achieved, though are still under heavy development. Destructive applications have become more readily apparent, with the subject having blown through an extremely thick concrete wall with her barrier while whirling straight at it full force. Nearby objects also get pulled into the maelstrom, readily mimicking a tornado. Caution must be taken when the subject is in the company of human beings lest she unwittingly sucks them in too. The speed at which the subject travels is around 30-40 mph. Whether she can push past these limits is still being studied.

    Level Five: To be determined...

    Traits:

    Athlete: Georgia maintains a healthy body thanks to a combination of combat training and being a member of the school swim team. Her stamina is pretty legendary also.

    Hardy: Nothing can keep Georgia down! Nearly. She's known for being tenacious and unwilling to stay down when knocked off her feet. Definitely someone in possession of the good old fighting spirit.

    Street Smarts: Her time spent running around with those of ill influence back home has gifted her with a shocking degree of knowledge about how things function in seedier settings. If you're going into a creepy back alley, you might wanna take her with you.

    Sleuthing: Georgia is good at investigating and piecing together evidence found to form valid conclusions. The right questions get asked of the right people when she's on the case.
