    Default Offline dungeon generators?

    I need some recommendations for E6 random encounter generator, an E6 random dungeon generator, an E6 treasure generator, and a weather generator/table. All of them need to be downloadable, as I do not have internet at my house. Ideally, they should be free, but if they come recommended strongly enough, I am willing to pay for such programs.
