How could you do less well than doing nothing, which is the default for even the masons? Maybe do it the other way around and He-Man has a night action of some sort and just a regular vote during the day?

GITP has cops/seers in basically every game. CFC hasn't been that way in years.

edit: and fwiw your town record isn't very good either, so it's not because you're scanned all of the time. Sometimes people just lose despite their skill.

The actual mafia party game has cops (detectives, really), and they don't even get an alpha.

I haven't played very many games at CFC in years. Check the games I was a wolf, most of the time I was scanned.

I wouldn't mind narrating CoA if I wasn't so darned busy (seriously, I feel bad that a 48-hour round period tends to become a 96-hour round period); and if I knew exactly what I was doing. For some reason, CoA seems like it'd be harder to narrate.

If you need a co-narrator, then feel free to holler, LK. I might not do much, but it'd be a good way for me to learn the ropes.

CoA doesn't lend itself well to very specific titles.

I could go for a generic fantasy setting. Dwarves, elves, orcs, and the like.

Maybe a bunch of Bond Villains succeeded in killing James Bond, wiping out MI6 and all other such organizations, and taking over the world, but now they have to divide the spoils.

Or maybe a group of imperial soldiers (think Storm Troopers) has just utterly botched an assassination mission, and their boss is giving each of them one last chance to prove their worth by doing his dirty work and disposing of the incompetent fools who just screwed up such an easy mission.

Or maybe a bunch of wannabe idols are competing to be signed by a prestigious record label, and they're all willing to do whatever it takes to win in this cutthroat business.

Considering past experience, I don't think the inactivity can be completely avoided. Especially with a larger game, where people will subconsciously feel less responsible if they quit.
