Speaking of VIGIL...how exactly would that whole "test" thing work for characters who are applying to work around the base rather than to be in combat? Just a heads up since I'm not really planning on having her ever fight, nor would she be terribly useful.

Hey there people. Just wanted to say I might be up for some posting in the weeks ahead now that life has begun to calm down. It was an extremely bad time for these things to happen right as Zaff's was launched and it killed a big shenanigans plot, but there's little I can do about that now.

I'm not going to go into detail with what happened, but it's been pretty hard, and I can't guarantee it'll get better. I know I'm not exactly the most relevant roleplayer here, and haven't been for a very long while, but I hope that can change for the better at some point.

My guess would be testing her skills related to whatever work she's doing. Like how fast she can type for office work. Or her cooking skills if she's gonna be in a kitchen.

If Hyperbolic Sine is up for resurrecting that scene so it can come to a resolution, or wants to back out so it's just your character doing the concluding, then I'll pick it up as well. It's just been so long that I don't want to go forward with anything where one party won't be posting.

Geez, does nobody read the OoC thread anymore... I'd send a character at you there, but she's already doing a scene elsewhere and she's not terribly competent when it comes to selling people submarines.
