Should have been clearer. And yes, I am doing my best to come up with odd modes specifically for the Normal gym. Probably going to rename the badge, but I can't think what to name it.
I'm back home, if you're around. We can try for the Electric gym.

    Loading in now.

EDIT: Ooops. Reset, I'll pick six this time. Silly me.

EDIT AGAIN: Congratulations, you have the Circuit Badge now.

Who else has my Badges? Editing it into my wiki page.

EDIT THREE: Officially renaming the Nest Badge to the Abnormal Badge.

    Thanks, good battle.

I'll probably challenge for the Normal Badge once a decide on the last two members of my team. Some of my pokes aren't fit for one on one battles.

Alright, I'm actually back for real now. No more multiple-day trips in the foreseeable future. Just work from 8AM to 5:30PM, but I don't know my actual schedule until tomorrow.

I would like to formally challenge the Water Gym for the badge.

I'll also restate my challenge for the Bug Gym badge.

I'd also like to register Gengar and Tentacruel as my last two Pokemon for my team of eight.

Okay, if you're available this evening, I should be around. Otherwise maybe sometime this week? Although I'll be on call after today, so I might have to bail mid-match if I get called in.

EDIT: Oh, and for the Gym battles? What format would you guys like?

Great. Remember, pick five, and we do consecutive 1v1s in the initial order. Have all five in your box to confirm no cheating. Logging on now. Challenge me when your team is set up.

EDIT: In order, I said. That's not what was first in your team.

Yep, that was close. I was worried when you got that crit off on my Gengar.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't realize we only put 5 in the box. I won't use Blissey to prevent confusion.

    You're going out of order.

EDIT: Oh, are you counting vertically? I was going horizontal, because that's how the game counts it. Ah well - as long as we're consistent.

POST-GAME EDIT: Well, that was close - down to the last battle.

Sorry, I didn't realize we had to do it in a set order. Oh, well, you won anyway, so it's a moot point. I'll have to make a few adjustments for that particular format.

You went in a set order anyway, so it doesn't really matter. Yeah, it's a lot of luck of who ends up against who - my Porygon-Z would have had a hard time against your Gengar, for example, and I'm not sure I had anyone who could take your Metagross (maybe Ditto, because frankly someone has to win that, but I might have ended up Struggling and losing that anyway).

I'm up to take challengers. I can fire up the 3DS now. I also need either the Circuit or Nest Badge to secure my place in the season tournament. What were the parameters for challenging those gyms?

The Circuit Badge is 6v6 make that 3v3 Rotation. The Nest Badge is now the Abnormal Badge - at the moment it's best-of-five 1v1s, decide your order before any of them start. Working on a refinement but haven't got the details nailed down yet. Post which you want to challenge.

So the Abnormal Badge. So that means I have five I use in order. When one Pokemon gets KOed, does the fight end and we start another? Like it's separate 1v1s?

Either way, I'll try the Circuit Badge first. Then Abnormal if I fail. I am also available for a challenge if you would like.
