    Default What would be the EPL(effective party level?) of the OOTS?

    they are technical level around 14~16, but they are terribly unoptimized (a ranger dump all his mental stats, wizard he ban conjuration...) so, I doute they can solve 'normal' CR 16 things.. can they?
