Is there an X bonus to Y stat thread?

I have seen the "X stat to Y bonus" thread. I am wondering if there is an "X bonus to Y stat" thread instead. Something that lists every way to get bonuses to stats beyond inherent(+5) and enhancement(+6). Any handy lists out there?

There are Size bonuses from thigs like Expansion, Enlarge Person, and Righteous Might. The Visage of the Deity line gives untyped bonuses to Charisma (and others with stronger versions), but that's all, off the top of my head, unless you want a list of every race, which there is one of (at least of >+2 LA) somewhere around here, and every template (which I am unsure of)
