Hu-freakin'-zzah. Dabs finally dispatched my joystick, so I can actually be able to blunder around in Star Citizen before the game finally comes out proper. (There just have been a massive spike in demand, because EVERYWHERE ran out of Thrustmaster 16000Ms. Like EVERYWHERE.)

Well, when it comes to content creation, 2D program would presumably be faster. Hovewer, in SFM, you already have all the pony, weapon, robot, background, particle, etc etc models done by excellent modders so you don't need to worry about that.

When it comes to actual animating, easing, key framing, layouting, etc etc, I suspect both programs are similar and done in same way, though I suspect SFM is more powerful (no idea which is easier to use, though).

Hmmm... I'm not sure. I'll look at both programs and come back with an answer sometime over the weekend (maybe). I'd think 3D would be a bit harder for a 2D animator such as myself considering there's an actual fancy Z-axis and not like how we fake it by drawing stuff smaller. But again, i'll try them both and see for myself. I know all the concepts behind easing, key framing, layouting, etc. so I assume it's going to boil down to the learning curve of the GUI.

And whether my family cares to let me actually have free time on my computer. >_>

so, today in my biolab, we had thrte hours to do 7 experiments, only foir of which we'd get points for. The Profesor talked for half the class, leaving s with only 1.30.00 to do the work. I had not eaten anything all day(no time to stop for lunch1:00-4:50 with tweo 10 minute breaks) and was understandably stressed due to time constraints Half way through, my group abandoned me, splitting up to divide the work, not telling me who was doing what and thus leaving me as a fifth wheel with nothing to do. Of course, we don't get finished on time. at the end of class, I went to where they'd all congregated in the previous minute and asked what Data we'd collected. I was ignored.

After waiting five minutes for them to finish, which they did not, I was forced to turn in half a completed lab report, and explain why to the Profesor. She blamed me for things outside my control.

So arrived, late, to my next class, in a foul mood. We were assined to talk in groups, define frame of referance/snce of self, self concept/what have you, describe it, and give examples.

This is a very difficult assignment, because if you asked me, I can not describe my self concept to you. I start asking the others how they'd describe such a thing, but they kept giving the definition. over and over and over again. Eventually, I get frustrated, seperate myself from the group to try and calm down, and start going through the text book to better understand what we were supposed to be describing.

The Professor comes over and asks me what I'm doing. I explained my dificulties, but he interupts me before I can explain that I moved to calm down. from what he's said, explining my dificulty with the asinment somehow maid my inability to work his problem instead of mine(not sure how) then he walked away, while I began to feal worse. I closed my text book and tried to force my self to calm down, but a few moments later he came by again and told me to leave the classroom, saying that I clearly wasn't getting anything from the experiance of being in the classroom
