The short answer is that you don't; you just describe good mechanics in whatever way you want.

The longer answer is that there really isn't any way to match swain's mechanics. He's DoT-heavy and has lots of self-healing, neither of which really work in 4e. You could cherry pick ongoing damage powers, but they're near-universally terrible, so I don't recommend it.

Your Ravens, even though you'll have three of them, won't actually do much of anything. You can spend an action to let one of the non-familiars attack, but that's probably the worst way you could possibly spend a standard action.

But above all, having fun is the important part, so do what makes you happy, so long as it doesn't drive the rest of your party insane.
