Re: Fallout Fluff Forum - Plasma Guns, Power Armors, Mutants and Tribals, no it's not
One of the prettiest things in new vegas is to take the, what is it, Corona? Aurora? perk? The one where energy weapons cause explosions?
Take that perk, then use the console to spawn a couple hundred of those annoying giant flies, then fire one round into the cluster. The resulting explosion is an energy weapon, so it procs explosions from all surrounding bugs.Avatar by K penguin. Sash by Damned1rishman.

Re: Fallout Fluff Forum - Plasma Guns, Power Armors, Mutants and Tribals, no it's not
Meltdown. And yes, it's epically awesome. As long as it happens at range. Not nearly so much fun at point blank range.
I believe that the liquidation protocol would have been activated by that House, though in theory it could have been activated by Robert to kill his brother. Both were paranoid enough to do it. Though the existence of the traps pointing out could mean it was activated remotely and the traps were to stop the robots.

One thing going back to a Boston setting, it needs to have a faction dedicated to preparing for the attacks from the Ew-Orc Flankees and who wish to steal the Baby Ruth back from them.

Re: Fallout Fluff Forum - Plasma Guns, Power Armors, Mutants and Tribals, no it's not
I once played in a short-lived Fallout freeform forum game set in New York with an anti-slavery faction who called themselves the Yankees, after the legendary heroes who fought against the Confederacy to end slavery in the Old World. They didn't accomplish much because they always marched into battle in their ceremonial white garments and fought only with their holy baseball bats, just like the warriors in their stories.
