I've decided to make my hellpirates a minor plot, so I guess a chunk of Seaside is now plagued by horrible demonic beastmen and demon-ships ruled by an Infernal Exalted well on his way to becoming yozi 2.0. Most people who fall victim to the pirates, especially interesting ones, will be captured alive and experimented on instead of killed or forcefully mutated.

Assuming that's okay with everyone, it shouldn't disrupt much.

Who is Jackalope? Is he related to your old Jack, the one who was Bogeyking and Shadow Lord? Could probably have a small nest of the same things in the Hunting Grounds, if you want to do power/loot gain for him.

Also, forgot to add Griffin Murphy to the available for scenes list, if anyone wants to deal with a perpetually grumpy gene nodded psychic soldier. I think he's still doing his 'savage' experiment Huntside, though.

Edit: Jackalope is an adorable car stealing bunnyman who started out as a character meant to be abused and now has a bazillion powers, can change genders and make bodyclones, and has a cult and enough notches on his bedpost to warrant a replacement. He doesn't fight, though.
