Crabwalk + Shock Trooper?
Let's stipulate up front that very nearly nobody should use this and that it's one of the few cases where we can be confident of RAI. That said, how much would you have to torture the text of crabwalk:

Re: Crabwalk + Shock Trooper?
It explicitly says that it replaces the normal +2 bonus to attack and -2 to AC from charging. No.
Rhymes with "Protracted."

Re: Crabwalk + Shock Trooper?
Yeah, I can't change the RAW with a mere torture of the text. Crabwalk is explicit enough that you would need to torture the English language before you could get anywhere near your goal.

Re: Crabwalk + Shock Trooper?
Considering that Heedless Charge says "In addition to the normal charge modifiers..." I think would just be +4 attack, -(power attack) AC, by RAW, at least on the first attack.
So you'd have to erase or ignore the "This benefit replaces the normal..." clause for it to work, as well as the "...the bonus only applies to the first attack." if you're pouncing. But that's quite a leap further from torturing RAW, or English.
