Making A Nurgle Army
So, first time WH40k player, and I'm gonna be getting into a Nurgle Chaos Space Marine army. (Got a friend who's big into Khorne and is running the Red Tide, so by running CSM I can borrow his codex, his tools, and the local GW has a bunch of really talented Nurgle players to lend a hand with the painting and modeling. Plus I just love good ol' Papa Nurgle.)
Any advice on how to build up an NCSM army? 500 point, 1000 point, 1500 etc.?I have a LOT of Homebrew!

Re: Making A Nurgle Army
I believe you have this in the wrong subforum, just report your own thread and ask the mods to move it, their pretty chill about it.
Now on to useful advice. Get Typhus. Seriously, get Typhus, hes great, then you just pile up on Plague Marines and cackle madly as your army doesnt die under extreme fire. Also getting a couple of units of cultists to turn into Plague Zombies could be fun, as well as some Plagebearer Allies (The Daemons Codex was pretty nice to Nurgle). Snag some Nurgle Termies, they are freakin scary and even harder to kill than your Plague Marines.

Re: Making A Nurgle Army
For Blackhawk, I like the sounds of that. I was hoping to have a Nurglish "Walk slowly at the enemy and just steamroll them, ignoring anything" kinda deal.
And my bad on the forum. I've basically just been posting in D&D sections till now, so I'll let a mod know soon as I'm done posting.
For Comicshorse, thanks. There are some good guides there.I have a LOT of Homebrew!
