Searching for the name of a comic

Hi, im trying to find a comic i read a while ago. It were a modern day comic about a guy inhereting an old shop, and ending up in a strange little town.

The place both had a problems with random visits or attacks from beasts that could have come from HP Lovecrafts writhings, as well as people being unable to recall those events the day after, glossing over the events.
