I'm Nixxy, and after playing DnD For about a year with my friends, I really wanted a different experience.
It's not that it's not fun, but we've had 2 party kills in a year. I love my RL friends, but they love screwing around just a LITTLE to much sometimes.
I'm used to RP in Art-RPGs (RP trough art) as well as the written RP's.

I'm looking for a group where I can play the chars I created so carefully but then got killed so quickly.

Hello all. I've been lurking on here for awhile now getting ideas. It's my first time DMing I have only played 5e and this will be the first time my PCs will be using 5e. Hopefully I can get my ideas bounced back to me now. One thing I can't figure out is how to create a signature lol any help?

Hello! So my dm doesn't like my warlock monk character because of my slippers of spider climbing and thorn whip combo. On hit, target takes extra D6 and is prone.... he changed the rules to a D4 only on a dexterity ST fail... so much for thinking outside the box.

Hi. I'm new to the forum, and also to D&D/TTRPG. I've played a Star Wars campaign, and two one shots; I am halfheartedly playing a 5 th edition campaign and am just beginning a 3.5 campaign. I joined a school club, and this is exclusively my play group.

I've enjoyed the experience with the one shots. There I felt connected, and that I was having the RP experience. Otherwise, I considerably lack in confidence. I feel I either ask too many questions, or make, at best, superficial decisions and plays. I'm hoping to be pointed in the direction of online reading (specifically 3.5) that will enlighten me as a player in the intervals where I can't look at the handbooks. Doing a general search has proved overwhelming. Obviously, D&D, even from edition to edition, is an exquisitely vast multidimensional multiverse.
