Gilraen's arrow again fails to connect with the goblin now menacing Sminerano. Tsuto struggles against the glue holding him back, but gets nowhere, nor does his slice at Growler get the point of his rapier anywhere near the wolf.

In a hurried move, he switfly lights it with one hand, and goes for the goblin at point-blank range... But in his haste, he sets the fuse far too short, and the fiery contraption veers widely off.

Gilraen and Rax

Filibert seems to be very adept at punching the stationary half-elf, and lands a second blow. Growler's bite seems to be repelled by the gluey substance still covering Tsuto. Sminerano's firecracker bounces off the frame of the door and then explodes against the opposite wall, but both Sminerano and the goblin reacted in time to avoid the worst of the explosion. Hurt but still more afraid of his masters than the adventurers, the goblin advances to attack Sminerano, but seems to be seeing double from the explosion, and slashes its blade downwards on a Sminerano that isn't quite there.

Back to I go/U go now that the mixed initiatives are gone.

A shriek fills the halls as Gilraen's arrow finally finds its target and buries itself deep between the shoulder blades of the goblin. Tsuto, hearing his ally fall, desperately reaches into his pack and removes a daught, and using the glue to repel his attackers, downs it. One of the cuts from Filibert's cestus punches quickly closes itself up and the skin around it repairs itself. His bruise from the first punch also is noticeably fainter.

"Well done, Gilraen!" Sminerano calls out. Quickly, he steps to the fallen goblin, unceremoniously kneeling over the body as his tail plunges into his pouch to extract yet another flask. Reaching to Rax, he empties the lifesaving draught into the dying half-drow's mouth, drop by drop to make sure none of it is spilled.

Coughing as the last drops of the potion enter his mouth, Rax groans and opens his eyes to see Tsuto standing entangled above him, still a threat. Blearily, he retrieves his sword before striking at the enemy half-elf's legs from the ground, aiming more to hinder than to harm.

Sminerano growls, a quasi-animal, full-throated noise expressing his fury when Tsuto manages to go invisible right under his nose and faster than he can react.

OK, new tactic then. He puts the rocket back and takes another bottle from his pocket, a big, round one with the shape of what seems to be an animal inside. He opens it and empties it on the floor - a tiny, pickled bird falls out, and starts to grow at an alarming rate.

Tsuto ducks under Gilraen's shot, parries Rax's longsword swipe, and meets Filibert's cestus with the pommel of his rapier while dancing away from Growler. Clearly more dangerous now that he is more mobile, Tsuto waits for the right moment to strike Growler, and then sidesteps as the wolf reels in pain.
