y'know what- why not? it might provide some unified direction for all this. in the long term, everyone will be caught up and focused on the long term goal of destroying the Arcosian empire. in the short term, everyone will be united in trying to get away from the probably ticked off Kami who they must figure out whether to just run from and never come back, or whether to come back some time else and try thing diplomatically, or try some way of replacing him later.

Chassis is a typical female Majin. Slender and with lavender skin, her eyes have bright yellow irises and black sclera. A set of tentacles gives the appearance of hair, sort of; on her upper arms are a series of coin-sized orifaces that vent steam when she is angry. She has no nose or ears.
Chassis dresses in grey pants tucked into black boots, a midfriff-baring (and yet long-sleeved) grey top, and a greenish shawl trimmed with white faux-fur. Over her pants she wears an asymmetrical greenish skirt secured at the right hip with a circular clasp with a pink sun design on it.

Chassis gives the impression of being extremely silly. How much of it is actual silliness and how much is a front is, as of yet, undetermined.
She seems to be fairly laid-back and silly.

Chassis's history, as she tells it, is thus: as an assistant in an experiment mapping at least two temporal disturbances, she was caught up in yet another temporal anomaly and arrived in the current timestream.

Power Level: 110~
Change Beam: A versatile technique, the Change Beam is usually used by Majin to turn things into their preferred foods, but can cause its targets to become other things as well. Chassis is unable to transform sapient beings, but nonsapient creatures can be transformed if they're not too big.

Vanishing Bolt: A narrow bolt of pink energy, more or less like a Ki blast.

Assault Spray: A spray of smaller bits of pink energy in a shotgun-like cone.

In mundane terms, Chassis is quite charming and is quite accomplished at getting along with people. She's not too bad at lying---though sometimes because people decide to roll with the lie more than actually believing it.

Callins by this point was just tired of the arguing and went inside his home with the dragon statue. He placed it on a tray as it seemed to be scanned. Using his elevator he heads up to a lower room of his ship and watches the dragon replica be made out of the ceramics he already had on his ship.

Um, isn't that why they're going off to tget the clay in the first place?

and mix the clay with the dragonbones for reasons?

Unless he's just making a mold.

The dragon figurine used for Kami's balls appears to be made of clay, and Kami had to do something to it to get the balls to work.

I figure if it could be made with just any old dragon statue, making a set wouldn't be such a big deal.

Promethon while knowing how to make them, probably doesn't have the full truth- he is living in an age where religion, occult secrets, science and how to make bowls are basically all considered the same thing. in truth, the process is probably not too different from making and animating a carved stone dragon into a wish-granting one.

Mostly, its just carving stone or molding clay in a very exact and exquisitely detailed humanoid shape, place a gem in then infuse the gem with a combination of fire and ki, with how high-quality the gem is determining how powerful they start out as, unfortunately the highest power level a golem can be made is in the low hundreds- about 300. from there they have to find ways to improve themselves.

I'm ok with people making golems themselves and honestly would like somebody to make one to fight Android 23 so that I don't have to play both sides of the fight...but if no one does....

and yes, this is all sort of based on Greek mythology involving Pygmalion and Galatea and Prometheus and whatnot, I figured that since the main protagonist of DBZ is basically Sun Wukong and that Hercule is well Hercule and has traits of being strong even without ki, I figure it would be perfectly in-setting to base more stuff off of myth for DBZ, at least before more time travel and aliens show up.

Timeline 24: Android 45 on Talsaiga
In this timeline when Android 21 was killed by Majin Buu, 22 and 23 fled only to fall into a time rift that sends them far away to a completely different planet in the universe. There they met the Talsaigans, who were threatened by alien invaders from he Arcosian Empire. Together 22 and 23 fought and destroyed them, saving the planet. the Talsaigans in honor of their heroism, welcomed them as honorary Talsaigans and thus were welcome to participate in their most sacred traditions.

Years pass on Talsaiga and they grow closer and closer. They soon consider marriage, but they know that the only Talsaigan marriage was one where they fused together- fusion to the Talsaigans was not a combat technique but the ultimate expression of love, and never to be used for war. Any fused warriors of theirs only came about through a marriage of two warriors. Thus they thought about it long and hard- they after all, come from a species that wasn't designed for this kind of thing as a natural part of their biology- but the thought of losing one or the other in battle and being alone was too much to bear. So they went through with the fusion, and became 45, it was the happiest day of her life. They would be together forever, and if 45 died, at least they would be dying as one.

Unfortunately the timeline she was in had the Freeza Clan much stronger than normal somehow, and now she fights throughout the galaxy to defeat them.

as for the zenkai:
Uh Rater, I have to talk to you, I don't think Zenkai actually works that way, I mean if Zenkai only activates if you almost die, and if Cell regenerates so well, then that changes the definition of "almost dying" for him right? I mean, it only activated when he was reduced down to mere cells and had to regenerate his body full from that. therefore, shouldn't Oxyribo's arm getting cut off be nowhere near almost dying? like, he doesn't get zenkai from his arm getting torn off because he was doing it to himself, he doesn't get zenkai from it, because its nowhere near the conditions required to activate it. especially for the combined DNA- your combining the Saiyan ability with the Namekian definition of almost dying, which means that its probably a higher standard of almost dying than Saiyan definition of almost dying- Saiyans can't regenerate after all, therefore they die much easier. therefore the conditions to activate it are much easier. the fact that Cell is even better at regeneration than that, makes it the definition of "almost dying" even higher for him, meaning "from a few cells" might be the only viable conditions for cell to receive that?

I'm just saying because I don't think Zenkai is meant to be easy or exploitable like that. I mean almost dying is almost dying. Thats edge of death, -1 hp and lowering kind of stuff. I mean sure, perhaps Oxyribo can think it works in an abusable manner, but I don't think thats the way it should play out...

why, just think of Oxyribo going to the Cell Games alone at his current power level: what happens to him depends entirely on the timing of his visit.

if he say, arrives and tries to fight Cell before Hercule, Cell might be confused because he didn't start making Cell Juniors yet then thinks that Oxyribo is from some future where he has won and his Cell Juniors have figured out how to make yellow Cells or something for variation when the ultimate life form is the only life form in the universe, and takes it as confirmation that he will win the Cell Games.

if he say, arrives after Hercule, with Oxyribo proclaiming that he will beat Cell, Cell might just be annoyed that another weakling shows up, and one who looks like his offspring no less, so he easily owns Oxyribo as well because he doesn't have time to deal with another annoyance.

if Oxyribo arrives while Cell fights Goku, the Z-fighters might just go "oh no, not another one!" then Vegeta or Trunks kills him because they don't want to deal with this all over again.

if Oxyribo arrives while Gohan fights Cell and everyone is busy killing Cell Juniors, Yamcha might just come across him and go "huh, why is this one yellow? and so weak? oh best get rid of him just to be sure" and kill him easily because at this point even Yamcha is someone far above Oxyribo and Yamcha walks away thinking he destroyed some special Cell Junior that could've screwed them all over something.

if he shows up before they even start right next to Hercule, he might go fanboy about Mr. Satan while Hercule takes the opportunity to pose and lie to everyone about how a golden Cell clearly thinks he is the strongest fighter ever and that its surely inevitable that he will beat Cell.

if he shows up right as Vegeta and Gohan destroys Cell, his dreams get utterly crushed and he has to find something else to do with his life. or find some way to travel back in time again, assuming the Z-Fighters don't kill him.

and thats only one event! the possibilities only expand when you consider the wider timeline.

Well, Oxy's Zenkai is both semi-artificial in nature, due to essentially being pasted together from a handful of genes from at least four donors, and much weaker than the real Zenkai-which offers between 25% and 17.6666666667 times increases in power and those are just the ones we have official numbers for. As opposed to Oxy's which offers a powerboost between 10% for grievous injuries such as amputation and 25% for anything that almost kills him-such as having half of his body removed or destroyed.

Oxy's regeneration may or may not be weaker than Cell's, due to Oxy's infinite energy generators being less efficient than the ones Cell absorbed from 17 and 18-Oxy does have a net loss of energy after regenerating, even if it still replenishes quickly. Meaning that injuries grievous for him would not be that grievous for Cell.

I've also kept the "Zenkai only works on injuries someone else inflicted on you" rule, that was the reason why Vegeta had to get Krillin to blast a hole through him on Namek.

If you're concerned, however, I'm more than willing to tweak the numbers a bit-maybe make a minor retcon.

How about "Amputation/organ removal=5% increase" "Multiple amputation/near fatal injury=10% increase" "Pile of gore/less than 50% original mass/injuries that require outside help to regenerate from=25% increase"?

I'm imagining Oxy's time machine popping in around the time people start arriving, and noticing that cell has yet to :become the most powerful he is, and wait for that. And basically just sits there with Hercule and the camera crew giving commentary on the future he comes from and how the events went in the original timelines he came from-specifically mentioning how official records differ on who defeated Cell, because well, he';s already changing the timeline so why should he not give them a sneak peak of a possible future? Also explaining why he's there and giving a crash course on multiverse theory.

And then, if it's original Oxy, realizing just how far out of his league he is when Super Perfect Cell shows up.

yeah, just make sure that most of the power ups come from the inevitable timeskips ok? but I don't think I need to say that, you seem to know what your doing.....

and hm, that would be kind of funny. I wonder how many people would believe him...aside from Future Trunks. he would probably believe him the most, if he gets past the "looks like cell" thing.

So Stellar Eradication is probably going to be Artic's signature move. As he gets more powerful, the attack will be improved upon, with improved versions carrying more orbital orbs, and those orbs circling back to strike the original target once should they, as part of the first attack, miss (which, given the width of the attack, is highly likely.) As of right now, it's just an energy beam with three ki blasts along for the ride.
