Sort of confused now, what am I not reacting to? What did I miss?

I mean, it says the blasts are heading to the ground, bt then you say as he flies to the sound of impacts that he's heading up to the lookout.

Kind of confusing.

He's flying away from the ki blasts that are hitting the ground which presumably the two Ice Demons are on or around.

Personality:
His rudeness and stubbornness is what got him changed into a frog, while he still is selfish at heart he tries to appear otherwise hopping it will reverse the spell.
History:
Once someone important, he was mean bossy and controlling.
After pushing a young witch the wrong way she changed him to someone who wouldn't be respected or listened too.
Now he wanders about seeking a way to return back to normal.
Story So Far:
In his prior days he had heard of the tower and sent many servants to retrieve the power from the top but all failed, now he climbs it for himself.
Abilities:
Frog grip and tongue.
Slippery skin.

Other information:
In his previous form he was a noble and undertook a lot of fencing classes.
His sword and armour are of the finest quality and material, if not magical.

@Holy-hunter: At the moment, Android 23 and Callin Flowers are out in a wasteland, looking for dragons. Kami is in his lookout. Ieez, Artic and the Thunder Sage are fighting around Korin's tower.

The powerpole (Nyoi-bo) isn't in place. Kami is using it as a walking stick. So at the moment, you can't get to the palace without flying, or jumping really well.

EDIT: Slight correction: the Thunder Sage and Kami are on the lookout. Ieez and Artic are on the ground, dodging a hail of ki blasts.

I dunno, are we sure bout holy-hunters character? I'd at least encourage him to try a little harder to not be a complete Chrono Trigger Frog-copy and make it his own character. I mean yes, it can be an anthro-frog man with a sword but come on, at least make some things different....I don't mean anything mean by it, I'm just saying....come on holy hunter, I think you can do better. and to be honest, I kind of expect better. just saying.

ok then, you can play Frog. but probably not in this FFRPG. if your literally copying him straight out of Chrono Trigger with all his abilities from Chrono Trigger? sorry this is Dragon Ball, not a crossover game. the Nexus, you can cross over whatever you want there if you want but this is supposed to be a Dragon Ball only game. if you had made a new frog-man race and a person much like Frog, adapted to the Dragon Ball universe, I could see that being a thing in this game, but outright crossover copying? you want Nexus for that.

I'm not saying you can't play whatever you want. this is just not the place to do it.

Yeah, even if we accept Frog as a PC there's literally no way he can be in Korin's tower right now.

So actual character concept was a half demon from the goblin/demon village that fit into Shula's and the Kress family line. A prince from both sides. He would eventually (after his ups and downs of evil and good) either create the demon gate that resides there (That young goku later closes) or just use it frequently.
Being half demon he is a selfish ass and one of the Royal Kress witches punishes him until he learns not to be. He boasted about being a demon man so she made him a frog.
He didn't use his normal name because ppl laugh when he tries to explain who he was and Shula like Frog use/own a sword so I was sticking with that theme.

And I was sooo looking forward to him playing nice so ppl help with his return transformation only to find he is a selfish rude demon.

It also allows for a power jump later in game.

But anyway this clearly isn't the place for me to be wasting my time around such negative critical people.

There's a good sig around here for roleplaying and it says first rule is have fun. You wanna shut down a character because it looked familiar to a video game character...

1. The actual Character concept should have gone in your initial post.

2. We aren't negative and critical, we were merely pointing out that your character doesn't fit the game, and I myself pointed out that it was impossible for him to be in or on Korin's tower because he'd have been found already.

I dunno, I'm planning on 23 having to deal with the storm and dodge lightning bolts until the fight between Kami and YTS (Young Thunder Sage) ends or is near over just so she can make a cool entrance. or see that Kami is clearly a badass who can take care of himself, either way.

she didn't invent it. she hasn't even gotten the technique right yet. furthermore, she did it inside of a freaking cave in the middle of nowhere. changes to history just don't magically happen there has to be cause and effect, if she fires the Kamehameha where more people can see well...THATS changing history.

and history was screwed up when a Tuffle came here with the dragon balls, and the freaking statue with a message for the future complete with a tumblr hashtag is more history changing than doing an uncompleted technique in a place only person can see. we're past the point of no history screw ups.

but really, whats the fun of time travel if your just going to stick to the normal timeline?

The Yama you're thinking of (Yenma) is different than the Yama being referred to (Yama no Rojin - AKA the current Kami).

Otherworld doesn't obey the "One Steve" -limit.
