Feat search request

Hey everyone. I seem to recall an effect but I am not sure the title of the feat, though I had thought it was something like combat momentum.

The feat let you make a touch attack in place of a normal attack to do no damage but increase your AC.

I think it may have been a tactical feat, but my searches are coming up empty.

The Stormguard Warrior feat from ToB does something similar, but increases your damage rather than AC:

Combat Rhythm: To use this option, you can choose to make melee touch attacks in place of normal melee attacks against an opponent. These touch attacks deal no damage. For each melee touch attack that hits, you gain a +5 bonus on melee damage rolls against that same foe on your next turn.
