Well, someone decided to have a duck hunt.

It started at the bottom of the page here.

I said I was new and asked for people to play nice. Someone said I was suspicious and voted for me. My pointing out that the game hadn't started roused more suspicion, and led to someone pointing at me more than five times. I voted for the narrator and that only got me more votes. Basically anything I said got me more votes, leading me to have a plethora of votes before the game started.

That's how it generaly works, yeah
The game starts when the narrator sends everyone their role. Public voting is done in thread as you an see, power use and secret negociation are done by PM (or in temporary quickchats or such.) Game hasn't started yet though, everyone currently voting is doing so as a silly joke.
