I agree, that LA is too much to swallow. A Buonman can net the same +2 Wis without the LA, if that's really what you're after. Druids already have good Fort saves and usually nab great Con modifiers for saves from Wild Shape anyway, and with their d8 they're far from being vulnerable casters anyway.
