I like the look and concept of these creatures, but the write up is a little odd. So, it's a dragon that looks like a giant winged toad. Compared to other true dragons, it's natural weapons are different. It has the bite & claw attacks as normal, although the bite attack's reach is reduced to the same as the claw reach due to not having the long neck most dragons do. It does have a tongue attack, which is a longer ranged touch attack that allows it to initiate a grapple to pull opponents into its mouth for bite grapple & swallow whole actions.
But the confusing part is that its wings are listed as too small to allow flight, or any other wing-based attack or action. However, despite all illustrations showing no tail, the sample dragon still has tail attacks as normal. Shouldn't it have no tail crush or tail sweep actions, and perhaps the wing attacks of a dragon a size category smaller than normal? The wings are just smaller and useless for flight, but clearly there.
