Fish has the first turn due to alphabetical precedence.

The spiders are 30 feet above the ground, suspended on webbing. Gonff is directly beneath them; the rest of you are about 60 feet away.

Ripred summons his pact weapon as a Rapier. He then runs forward 25 feet towards the spiders, and fires a beam of energy at the one on the right.

Gonff draws a dagger and runs 25 feet back towards Ripred. He readies an action to attack the first spider to come into range.

Seven-eyes, the spider that Fish had hit with his Magic Missile, then lowers itself* to the forest floor and shoots sticky webbing at Gonff!

I'm counting the 'lowering' as purely vertical movement, rather than allowing the spiders to move diagonally downwards.

Ferb charges forward, battleaxe and shield held low to the ground as he travels on all fours. He moves carefully, knowing he can't quite reach the spiders yet, so zigs and zags to avoid any attacks they might launch from a distance.

The other spider, clearly hoping to take advantage of it's companions webbing, drops to the ground and sprints towards Gonff. The huge, eight-legged monster is terrifyingly fast and on top of him in seconds, though it is unable to mount an immediate attack.

Instead, Gonff struggles against his restraints to make his readied attack!

Ferb strikes a glancing blow, but the spider looks like it still has plenty of fight left in it. Its green-tinted companion then skitters away and fires a salvo of webbing at the badger.

Limey, meanwhile, takes a moment to survey the scene. It decides that the muscular badger would make the best prize, and runs back into melee with him.
