Spooky Manor

[Ramsus]

"Potatoes are food." Indigo thinks to herself and checks to see how/if the stoves work.

The stoves seem to be in working order but there's no wood for them to burn. So without something to use for fuel, the stoves will not be used for cooking.

[Ramsus]

"Does anyone know where we can find some wood? Or a lighter?" Indigo asks... nobody in particular and then thinks to look around to see if anyone was even within earshot.

Dirk, being somewhat bored of the stables, goes into the manor in search of something to read.

[Lex-Kat]

Liliana bounces up to him from an unexpected corner. She then whispers quietly to him.

Conrad listens intently and then whispers back to her. He then gets up and investigates The note on the desk.

Ms. Plum sits up and tilts her head in confusion at Liliana and Conrad. "Why are we whispering? And why am I not included in said whispers?" She then gets up and stands beside Conrad. "Is it telling you something different?" she asks, still whispering. She will then look about, to see if there is anything else to search in the Room with the Broken Door.

"Does anyone know where we can find some wood? Or a lighter?" Indigo asks... nobody in particular and then thinks to look around to see if anyone was even within earshot.

"Probably outside." Immer stands nearby, admiring the cracker castle. Suddenly, he sweeps the crackers aside to see if they were hiding anything.

Ms. Plum sits up and tilts her head in confusion at Liliana and Conrad. "Why are we whispering? And why am I not included in said whispers?" She then gets up and stands beside Conrad. "Is it telling you something different?" she asks, still whispering. She will then look about, to see if there is anything else to search in the Room with the Broken Door.

"I didn't want to wake you up! Daddy would always get grumpy if I woke him up. He told me to be quiet if other people were sleeping." Liliana smiled innocently.

Terribly lost behind, I attempt to go up the landing, through the Great Hall and into the kitchen. I look at the growing potatoes. What is it growing in? (Also, do we get hungry? Potatoes can be delicious after all)

Behind the cracker castle is just the back of the cupboard. Seems like it was put together to amuse someone. The potatoes are growing in the dirt and dust that they were left behind.

The right door of the Great Hall opens on a hallway lit with windows going along this floor of the manor house.

(Its up to you about getting hungry, but your character did expect to spend some time here. Food is a part of the supplies that you brought.)

"I didn't want to wake you up! Daddy would always get grumpy if I woke him up. He told me to be quiet if other people were sleeping." Liliana smiled innocently.

"Oh." Ms. Plum smiled apologetically. "Where I come from, the only reason people whispered was to hide what was being said from others. Otherwise, you talked with your normal level, whether someone was sleeping next to you or not. If someone wanted to sleep, it was up to them to convince you to shut up, or learn to sleep heavy."

"Come, lets look for another room. Maybe we'll find some more clues this stranger left." Ms. Plum suggests, leaving the Broken Door Room. She'll turn right, to see what's down that direction.

[Ramsus]

Indigo looks at the mess that was once a cracker castle and shrugs. She holds out a potato in each hand to the others and asks with a grin, "Will it be the red potato or the blue?" Of course both look more or less the same and neither are either of the mentioned colors.

Immer frowns and searches the rest of the kitchen.

Vytautas willl walk along this hallway, looking for anything of interest.

Vytautas will join her there. "Found anything good?"

Well, it's a new place. Haven't really had the chance to look around much.

Anna will search the hallway, specifically looking for any other rooms or passageways.

The hallway continues for a bit then it opens on the right side with another passage, though it continues on. Looking down this new hallway will show that its short and ends at a doorway.

The door is not locked, it opens onto a study with a number of bookcases on the walls. There is also a nice armchair pointed at the large window on the side of the opposite of the door. This window shows that there's a garden inside the manor itself, though its not clear how to get there.

Ms. Plum will search the hallway outside of the Broken Door Room.

The people in the manor explore, but one holds back.

"Ugh, there be no way of getting there. Well, this lot can search for a year and they won't find it. I'm out of this."

And the old man heads for the wall of the estate, climbs over and leaves with the setting of the sun.

Logic has dropped out. He was Old Man Jenkins.
Night 3 begins.

Liliana will sleep in the broken door room, unless one of her companions has a better suggestion.

Dirk will sleep in the room with a bookcase, once he finally finds it.
