Yeah, she's pretty squishy, and CC makes her a sitting duck from what I can tell. Especially since her healing relies on damage.

This is interesting, it took me a minute or two to realize it's Dehaka and a promo teaser for their next event.

It's a creative way around doing a Christmas skin event without, ya'know, Christmas. Or whatever generic winter seasonal holiday pseudonym they could use, like Winter Veil. It's reminiscent enough of Christmas that it's not weirdly out of place without another line of direct Santa/Elves/Candy Cane/Gingerbread-type visuals.
I hope they do Blaze, Fenix, and Yrel skins. None of them have one outside the paid bundles they came with.
