Starlight observed the bird for a moment, attempting to understand it. It was a kind of bird she had never seen before, so she observed it in turn. When it chirped at her, she smiled and attempted to pet it on the head with a hoof, though she would pull away if it flinched back. Despite the fact that it was a hoof and not a hand, it was a comfortable petting.

"Hi there, Toki," she said with a smile.

Toki's first chirp could be translated as: "Who are you?" Toki chirps happily as you pet it and simply says he will do favors for you if you ever bring him food- a high honor, and an animal-speaker only deal! One feeding one task and he will accept normal owl food. Though what favors a bird owned by the supreme kai of time could possibly do for you is beyond your ken. Perhaps he has some mystical properties to him? There has to be SOME reason why this place was named the "time Egg" after all! He then flaps away if you don't have any food for him yet. He was just letting you know this is an option, as for how you feed him and utilize these favors when your separated by two separate time periods and whatnot, I'll leave that up to your own creativity.

This is not conduct becoming of the staff of the Segmentum Governor or the Ambassador. As such, I place you in the direct custody of the Magical Girls for a period of no less than twenty-four hours. End Recording. With that, the light vanishes, and Lord Apfel picks up the disc. He presses a button five times, and five chips emerge from it. He hands one to each of them. If you find him and he doesn't believe you, use this recording. The holo drive should fit in most, if not all devices that can play holorecordings.

"Anyways! I'm sure you have other things to do, don't let me hold you up. Initials, Ramus would either of you like to escort them back or do I need to call up Trunks for that?"

"Very well!"
He then calls on his phone:
"Fluffymittens. Get me my ride. I need to get back to Callins fast."
"Meow"
He then soon drives to back to hospital with his cat in the other seat. No one is clear how the flying car got to him in the first place.

They all pose and happily state:

"Alright girls, it looks like we have a mystery on our hands! Lets split up and search for clues. Yakara, Cirra and I will check hightown, Torgas, Vantarine you check the Burnout areas."

"Oh you'll be fine. The PL's you sensed are gone."

They then break and speed off to start the search, Sailors Arcos, Cirra and Yakara all checkin the uptown areas an asking around if they have seen a big cat, while Torgas and Vantarine well....
"Dude, am I high again so soon? Cause I'm seeing a giant lobster and a girl with a thousand blades growing out of her both wearing sailor fukus. an asking where a giant cat went"
"Nope, I'm seeing it to. Sometimes Soberness is stranger than being high."

One last thing: Apfel says before the sailors leave. Remember that we are guests on this planet. We are to treat the Tuffle's laws as Emperor Hailing's laws, no more no less. Furthermore, no killing or maiming of Spoon, and err on the side of caution if in doubt.

Apfel opted not to fly but instead to walk around so as to not startle anyone. As far as anyone was concerned he was out for a walk. Though he figured with what he knows about Spoon, from his talks and his clear disposition towards underhandedness and rogue-like activities, he would find a home in the criminal underbelly of the Burnouts, or at least what's left of them.

Trombonicon Chapter V

And so Trombone have pressed on. Then he have a Jouwei- a member of the Jouwei specie.
Jouwei were the most spiritul specie in the universe. They havent belived at induvidual names, and had free acces to the god world. Jouwei led Trombone to Planet Weijou- great planet which was a monastary.
He have taught Trombone the Jouwei philosophy- it matter not if the world exist or not. It matter not what the world purpose- what matter is your calm. If one could forget his material desires he will get the enlightment of his own soul- the only thing that actually mattered. Trombone have stayed there for forty years and forty monthes trying to figure this out.
He belived he understood it, and went back to Namek to teach Jouwei way to his brethren. And then Beerus paid a visit to Planet Weijou. The Jeiwou didn't knew fear and treated him just as anyone else, and offered him their very simple food. Enraged Beerus have destroyed Planet Weijou.

Trombone felt it. He was furiouse. With the skills that Jeiwou have taught him the way to the Kai-world.
Enraged Trombone have gone there. Trombone demanded justice:"There were no more peacful and just than the Jeiwou's specie! Why have you destroyed them?" He have asked.
"We were not the ones who have destroyed them. God of Destruction was the one."
"Why did you let him to do it? The Jeiwous were your friends and greatest believers!" Trombone cried with agony.
"So the right of Lord Beerus is- to judge which planet to keep existing and wich to stop existing. So the balance of creation and destruction maintained." the kais have answered calmly.
"For what sin?!" Trombone yelled. "You kais know, that there were no evil in their hearts!"
"This has nothing to do with evil nor good. They have disapointed Lord Beerus and that it." have answered
"What did this spoiled cat have expected?! Cakes and ale?! The Jeiwous are hermits and monks! They consume only their minimal material needs!" Trombone cried with disbelif. Those were the kais who ruled the universe?!
"This does not matter. What matter is that Beerus-sama wasn't pleased. It doesn't even matter if he had wrong judgment- after all everything have to come to an end, eventually. Planets need to be destroyed, it doesn't really matter for what reason."

Trombone's rage made him fall to his knees. "One last question." he started to ask.
"The lamp Lighter I'v met earlier during my journey- the one who you have thanked his faith, granting him a honest work with a time to rest- it went wrong. Now, he don't have time to rest all- why haven't you changed his job?"
As answer to Trombone's questions the Kais have bursted into a laughter. "The Lamp Lighter is a fool. For no such thing as a honest work with a time to rest- so now he got a choice- whether to work, without rest, or rest without working honestly.
Trombone enraged have tried to attack the Kais. They have stopped him with ease. "You disapointing us, Trombone." they said. "You were special, we believed you would join our divine bearau. But it seems, you lack the feeling of the weight of responsibility of holding everything together. We will send you to a short lesson- after it, you'l be invited to join us a god." they said, and with that, they have sent him to the core of planet Namek to hold it, as if he was holding planet Namek from exploding. This Punishment went for a terrible thousand years.

Raijin tears himself away from La, the god-slaying beam piercing his right arm. The agony is a lesser shock than the fact La is still standing after a thunderbolt piercing his eye!

Around them, the storm grows fierce. The rain turns into long spears of ice, some of which fall on Re as he flies away. But Raijin has a sinking feeling the supernatural hail can at best slow La down. He really only has one option left.

Raijin raises the hand La bit earlier and multiple thunderbolts fly to his hand, forming a giant arrow. "Astra!" La can feel the old man's power focusing into a point. For a brief moment, it exceeds La twofold, containing enough force to turn the ground into glass for miles... and then Raijin throws it at La.

He then runs into a shop entitled "Jalapens Exotic Shop of Giant House Cats". Who even buys something like-

He comes by and puts down a big stack of paperwork on her table then begins walking the two of you back to the plaza you entered
"...Artic. I can tell you felt disappointed about the meeting. I know, she can be quite eccentric. And childish at times. But she truly cares for doing good and her job, and I respect her for it. I admit, the Kais aren't exactly the wise all-powerful beings that I was led to believe at first but...I've met many of them, and they all try to do what they can regardless. You learn to accept them for what they are, like any workplace. Its not as if any of us are normal anyways, or that anyone even capable of meeting Kai's can throw stones about being eccentric or abnormal.

Also, if you see your Androids and Oxyribo...tell them they don't have to worry about me. At least not this version. Its all ancient history to me now. They will understand what I mean."

This summoning thing is mostly what we're trying out to see if its a thing that can be done.

So yeah.....we don't know? We're just experimenting? Is it not supposed to happen like that? and what do you mean other magic, Mechanical Sorcery is all we know."
"Yeah, I was just like: hey if other magic users can summon things, what can we summon? and so I tried it and.....these little guys appear then spout of some weird language or code I don't understand then disappear. Strange. But yeah, we're basically poking our magic with a stick and seeing what happens."

Artic follows outside, wondering just how Trunks was able to read him. I...shall take your word for it, you probably-definitely have more experience than I. He remembers the mention of something called the "Demigra Incident." He has no idea what a Demigra is, but if it was as bad as it was made to sound, then it would have been an excellent test of the SKoT's character. Clearly she must have passed with flying colors.

Well I do thank you all again. Artic said as he and Starlight returned to the time machine. He didn't mean this in any negative way but he did hope to never need to see Trunks or any Time Patroller again.

"As far as I know, those are her own personal quirks yes...as for other Kai's well....most of them are like North Kai? You'll now what I mean when you meet him. Yenma is bossy, loud and really impatient and caught up in his work of judging the dead so....don't waste his time...there is also the Grand Kai, who is really weird: he has a long white beard, pointy ears, but half the time he dresses up like he is some.....young rebellious guy complete with a boombox, many people think he is in some eternal midlife crisis. Above him is the Grand Supreme Kai, who is probably the sanest one of them all, being the ruler of the universe, and the last Supreme Kai to survive Majin Buu so....yeah...there is a reason why Time Kai seems young....she in some ways more recent than others, given that time stuff has been happening more "recently" if you call it that, but only relatively, Demigra's first attempt against her still happened millions of years ago. But even the Grand Supreme Kai was caught off guard by the battles of Majin Buu and the saiyans. They're rulers, not soldiers like us.

As for why I respect her well....she was the one who talked Beerus out of fighting Demigra. Or he would've destroyed everything in all of time and space. As collateral damage. Finally there is Elder Kai, who knows secrets that no one else does.....sigh....and is also a stupid lecherous perverted old fart that even everyone on the Time Patrol dislikes. We hand out "1 Free Punch In Elder Kai's Face" Coupons as rewards for especially dangerous missions when the pay isn't enough. Do yourselves a favor and try not to release The Elder Kai in your timeline. No one will miss him."
Well it makes sense in a way that the Time Patrol would not like Elder Kai- their boss IS a woman after all. And of course the Coupon idea was approved by The Grand Supreme Kai, he was the one who came up with it. He then takes you back to the Shenron.

A person doesn't become a swordmaster by just picking up a sword and letting the innate super-swordness enchant him, thats not how it works. The idea is, to wield the persona like a sword or a weapon, and thus become a master of the personas, the cosplay and thus through imitation of the persona, imitate the way their ki acts and flows to achieve the same effects. There is supposed to be nothing magical about the cosplay itself, its just how you wield and channel the style through the cosplay that allows it to work. Much like how other martial artists imitate a snake, or a tiger or a crane."

Before Que leaving he morphed into an Arcosian form, very stream line like Freiza's final however still containing a visor like carapace of a mask. He then turns and looks to Trunks.

"Personally I hate you all. Your group is a sham, compared to what SKoT should be doing herself and those with Natural Time Travel abilities. Yet you all and her allow this atrocity to continue. It will one day come and bite you in the ass. You have your warning. "

Then Que disappears through time and space.

Like something out of the terminator. a gust of wind sweeps around Que and the Androids. followed by electrically surges. Oddly they don't effect the ship in any way. Then a sphere of pure energy that does not seem to harm the ship at all. Que then stands up from taking a knee Arnold style.
"Oh Great this is where I end up."

Even the random bits about Poka's life seem to help Callins. The Light is starting to white out against the darkness.

Trunks frowns, just lets the comment pass and takes the high road. Relations with the RA was already bad enough as it was. No need to increase that by getting into an argument with a magical snake. He knew that this Que was in fact incredibly ignorant about how this works despite his future sight- sure there might be people with natural time travel abilities, but such people are rare and are not guaranteed to be fighters. The Time Kai saw more of the future and more of time and space than he ever could, it was her job to, and she had been doing it long before he was even born. They were professionals who did this for a living. No matter how much other members of the Time Patrol acted, it was his duty as Chief of the Time Patrol to set the example. Mostly because Time Kai doesn't get serious, she has people to be serious for her.
"....Anyways. Say hi to the Androids and Oxy for me. Them meeting me would probably be.....awkward. Even if I mean them no ill will.
