You're in a strange room. Approximately thirty feet square, with clean white walls, lit by flourescent strip lighting. The room is cold, smells strongly of mint and antiseptic, and as you look around you realise that the room is a morgue. Around you are a number of steel gurneys, arranged in a grid. Each one has a covered body. In one corner of the room is an old and battered red mailbox, and a steel air conditioning vent protrudes from the ceiling, the vent's opening around three feet square, inside it can be seen only darkness.

[Eloel]

A scruffy looking man with a bat in hand descends from the vent, jumping down and landing loudly on the ground. He watches for any movement within the room, before heading towards the mailbox.

The room shows no sign of movement. The shapes on the steel gurneys, hidden by plastic sheets, remain still. The mailbox is around five feet tall, of an unusual design. A sign on the front proclaims that mail collection will be at 6pm and 12 midnight. Unfortunately, there's no way of knowing what time it is.

The man shakes the mailbox, trying to understand what is in it. He then looks around for a door in the morgue, with hopes that he can leave it.
