I am fairly confident King Radical will die, but for some reason, I have trouble imagining the Doctor being the one to ever really beat him. Think Radical's death will be exciting, or karmically boring?

He apparently willingly left the story, so there's a very good chance he'll get away with what he has already done. The only way I can see him coming up again is if we revisit the ultimate fate of the Radical Lands.

Now that I think about it, there's a whole secondary plot that may or may not have been resolved. Doc knows what the afterlife is, what to expect, and has little issue taking out death in a fight. Killing characters may not be the same as stopping them right now.

He probably will at some point, but Radical knows full well how dangerous the Doctor is. I'm kind of expecting him to pull out something that will let him go "Lolnope!" just to mess with the Doctor further.
