hey playgrounders. So recently I changed over to windows 10 on my dell laptop. Its a 14z ultrabook and the funny thing is that when I plugged in my usb mouse it worked fine. However when I plugged in the external fan into another usb port, the laptop shutdown. No nothing, no warning, it just shutdown. I can turn it on again just fine but the problem I found that when I turned it back on and plugged the fan usb back in, the laptop shutdown again!

However I can plug the fan in just fine and turn my laptop on again. I removed the usb fan from the laptop and it still works, no sudden shutdown at all. However its just that when I remove it while the laptop is turned on the laptop shuts down.

I don't dare keep the usb fan plugged in, scared what it might continue to do to my laptop. Do any playgrounders know what the problem this is? is it a power issue or usb issue? The usb fan is kind of a low grade quality fan.
