• Had a girl come and ask me if she could crawl between my legs, presumably as a dare with he friends. I was accommodating.

Also, turns out it's my back and not my knees which hate me today. Oh well, at least it feels like a good back pain, not a bad one.

Yes, it was certainly a dare and not because you're a very hot swedish bear. Glad you had a fun time though, that's always fun.

Anyway, I have two neat and cool things to say, while we're all talking about how our lives are going! First of all, like a week ago my Elgato game capture unit, the first real thing I bought with my Patreon money for the express purpose of improving my stuff. I feel like a professional *frets about cords for like three hours.*

I also had a very strange dream last night.

It's a gift to you. You have two tranquilizers, one for an hour and one for 25 minutes, and you ca only use one because both will kill it, but it's unclear which to use. So play nice."

The last dream I remember was comparatively simple--I was in some kind of unarmed melee fight to the death with a bunch of people, and I got grappled, and I think I died. East Asian theming, and I was a woman for some reason? *shrug*

Rest assured, I will. I quite enjoy talking about the more vivid and ridiculous dreams I have on the forum. Like this one time Christopher Walken was president and had to fight aliens using a grenade launcher and a power suit.

As it stands, I hate being confined to a tablet after my PC decided it didn't want to seat any RAM anymore, and so don't want to look up more than I have to.

Tad annoying - the other neighbour of the loud ones haven't heard any noise. So... yeah. The sound then likely comes from right next to my wall. Then again my flatmate who lives in the actual bedroom rarely hears anything so it's likely that the other neighbour spend their nights in the bedroom. So... it's a curse of living in the living room. Almost wrote toilet there. Probably because I need to visit one rather soon.


I'm the only one left. It's a Friday evening/night and I sure as hell am spending it at the campus. Hmm. I wonder when I'll be kicked out. Last night I left the building around half eight and no one bothered me, maybe the janitor will come up and poke me around 9pm.

Well, I survived. Lots of sleeping. One accidental fall into a wall (I didn't think it was my DEX teeth that got removed...). So far, my judgement doesn't seem to be impaired, but... we'll see how long until that modifier kicks in.

Fortunately, I think the job should be fairly uneventful unless I'm being an idiot. Although I did almost forget my ID card in my office when leaving...

I think I'd take making it sound like I'm some sort of secret agent over the cornball training vids my work puts out every year. This year two of them were set up like fake talk shows. I had to watch them without sound to keep from laughing.

Just one more day to my long weekend... please just let it go smoothly. It's been up-and-down for two solid weeks now. Weather's finally cooling down a bit, it's no longer so humid. Yay! New shoes caused my tendonitis to flare up, so I've been limping around a munching painkillers for the past two weeks! Boo. Placed 2nd in a local Malifaux tourney! Yay! All that standing aggravated my already injured foot, probably adding to my downtime. Boo.

Today's the day for celebration, though. My wife and I finally got our first book up for sale. I've been waiting for this for months now so I'm grabbing this high and riding it all weekend, dangit.

I'm a bit confused here: I have a very clear plan how, when and in which order I'm doing the required courses in order to get my bachelor's degree. Now suddenly one of my teachers sends me a personal invitation to join two of her courses (let's call them courses #1 and #2)... I was thinking that it's a copy+paste e-mail, but she actually talked about me in the e-mail and a great bit of flattery was involved :| I told her that I can't join her courses, because "I would like to do them both because they support each other, and I cannot do the other course (#2) because there is a time conflict, meaning that I already have another course (course #3) at the same time".

She sent me a response saying that she will fix the time conflict and she will just put the course #3 to some other time slot But.... the course #3 will be taught by none other than the professor of the department, her boss I can't even.
