I can almost say with 100% certainty that anyone above 20 who's on this forum has read Adventurers!, RPG World, or both.

I've never read Casey and Andy. Cool that he went on to do that. I checked and the person who did Adventurers! is STILL doing Anti-Hero for Hire, it updated the start of this month.

Yooooooooooo, Sluggy Freelance! I remember that one super fondly. Even after years of growing older (not necessarily growing up), I still think Torg is a kind of funny sounding name.

I suggest you come to Finland, more like. More bands for you to see! I mean think about aaaaalllll of the concerts you could attend. Come on lad, step out from your denial and drag your arse up here.

Today was spent reviving my suicided Ubuntu partition to access the drawings I was puting together for my thesis report. Turned out to be easier than I feared, following a dead lead, I came across an error message I could Google, and loo and behold, ther people had had the very same issues as me. Turned out an unfulfilled dependency caused apt to fail, and Ubuntu kinda depends on having the package manager check for updates on boot, hence why it would end up flickering and freezing on boot. Feels nice to have a fully functional computer once more-

You should all definitely read it. Adventurers! is basically the video game RPG answer to Order of the Stick. RPG World is as well, and though it's art is better and the story moreserious, IJQ got depression and never really finished it, right at the end. Though this did lead to Steven Universe so it's all good.

I mean it's on page 1177 so...I ASSUME it's still going. That's more than there was last time I checked a thousand years ago. There's no listed date and the FAQ doesn't mention anything about it not being around still. So....I don't know.

Okay did some searching around, the latest page is from December of 2015 so...I guess it's not still going? But then he never really updated FREQUENTLY, you know?

I remember Bob and George! We should trade old webcomics and see how many we've read before.

Does anyone remember Kid Radd? I wonder what the writer's doing now - last I remember, he was the manager of an ice cream shop.

You did, remember? Three of them... one large one and two regular ones. The "Black Ruined" on the tables in the next room should have been attracted by the noise but I hadn't paid attention to what was in which room :P

Webcomics are yay! It's always fun to meet "new" faces. I've only been here since 2013, so I always bump into something nice and new! Also, OotS has made me acquainted with a lot of new webcomics as well. The ads are awesome most of the time.

ION: Went to an educational event today about gaming and movies in education. It was mostly targeted towards librarians but my university had advertised it for us, so... yeah. It was really awesome! I wish there'd been more about gaming, though the movie section was really intriguing as well. And I might've just secured myself an internship at the media education centre... I also met another student there! She's in the lower year so I hadn't met her yet. She seems super nice. I wonder if I can add her on Steam... and if some people don't know/remember, I'm studying community education

    IOON:
So, we divided our project groups for our... well, project management course... and the group I'm in is...
    *drum roll*
    *DRUM ROLL INTENSIFIES*

    ESCAPE ROOM!
We had like other stuff as well that were requested by actual organisations but there was a section called wild card... and ofc I had to suggest an escape room week prior today. People actually liked the idea enough that we actually have a chance to create it now. Daunting but exciting. No idea what the target group will be BUT HEY WE GET TO BUILD AN ESCAPE ROOM *rubs hands together* *hand rubbing intensifies*

Because of the training at the library I couldn't join today so I was a bit scared of where I'd end up in, but all went well. Really glad that I remembered to send in my priority list beforehand...

I have had so much coffee today. I can't speak any language right now. My English is crappy as hell and Finnish isn't going too well either. HFFUAHFe.

You know the phrase "faster than greased lightning?" Well, a man named Bob thought he did. After being hit by greased lightning for the first time (which he claims was already somewhat gross) he decided that he'd race against a bolt of it! Bob did indeed run fast, but ultimately, the greased lightning caught up and, once again, struck him in the back.

    This time, it was revolting.

This reminds me of a bunch of Tom Swifties I and a couple of friends came up with in FB chat. "Revolted" was definitely one of the puns we used. My favorite, though, was:

"Well, who do you think could possibly have been as good for Jane?" Tom asked probingly.

You have to score in the 98th percentile on an IQ test (people in the top 2% intelligence). In other words, a group of the smartest people around were unable to solve a simple escape room.

To be fair a room full of anyone probably can't solve an Escape Room. Large groups of people, regardless of intellect, tend to be stupid. A person is smart. People is dumb.

Not in my experience, single people can be surprisingly dumb about just about anything, on the other hand often groups of smart people may overlook the easy bit's because they are too obvious, but then again that goes for dumb people as well although we can't guarantee they actually think the easy bit is easy or obvious.....
