I imagine the Eager Elves are pretty fast. The Tardy Elves are likely slow, though.

Good catch. However, Lofty Elves are much taller; they'd probably tower over Parson. See panel 1 in Erfworld 22; there is an Altruist Elf in a nurse uniform, and behind her you can see a pair of very long legs in green pants, and what looks like an arm. That's a Lofty Elf.
Considering how tall Lofty Elves are, I'm surprised Ansom intended to use them for healing, and not for siege. They could possibly pick up units from the ground and lift them up to the battlements, or, failing that, poke wall defenders with a pike. They are, of course, utterly useless in the tunnels.
