Stellaris - Creating the Spelljammer Scro

So i thought adopting the combination of a short-lived with the special "once every ruler" bonuses (like Super Ship or Super Station). And i got thinking of which existing specie could fit the bill. My mind immediately went with Space Orcs.

But instead of going with the Orks, i instead went with the Spelljammer Scro, and the Scro Star Empire.

I think the Ethics i will go with are Fanatic Militarist and Collectivist.

As for the traits, here is what I figured. Please tell me if its innapproptiate:

1- Fleeting (+1)
2- Repugnant (+1)
3- Quick Learners (-1)
4- Very Strong (-3)

I figured the Scro were actually pretty smart to make up for their short lives.

I'd go for militarist and the quick learner, strong, fleeting and repugnant traits are perfect for that choice.
