automatic counter spells for the secret sanctum

so i'm planning out the secret sanctum of sorts for a future stp power erudite i plan on playing with my regular dm
pretty much all books can be used including most 3rd party books (but the dm tends to stick to using wizards matierial)
currently using practical enchanters ward major to make the entire sanctum intelligent as well as giving it some useful bonuses
