Perfect. Absolutely perfect. I've been trying to find a good unarmed class for making a few wrestlers in a Graeco-Roman campaign. I couldn't decide on what base class to use, as fighters are too gear-heavy for the late bronze age, and monks... well, monks... they suck. And it pains me to say it. And here you come along with a solution for my problems. I think I'll name the Colosseum Champion Keltos Nudos in your honour.

[pedantry]That looks like it's meant to be Greek — in which case Keltos Gumnos would be the thing. Plus, in an authentically Graeco-Roman campaign, all the athletes would be[/pedantry]... ah, forget it.

You're quite right, and I thank you for the proper name. I had no idea the Greek for 'naked' and just defaulted to pseudo-Latin as the secondary flavour of my world. The intent is to be more Greek than Roman, being all late bronze age and everything.

Thanks for the reality dose. Always adds a bit to the game.
