Default How does a Wizard (Infrnl Bndr)10/Evangelist of Asmodeus 10 differ from a Cleric 20?

I'm just curious. Mechanically and play wise, how different are these 2?

Well, for one thing, the cleric has better BAB and access to quality cleric self-buff spells, which the infernal binder doesn't.
    Baruk Khazâd! Khazâd ai-mênu!

That´s some sort of trick question?

Asmodean clerics are a very good example for the classic "reach cleric" build, going for summons and AoO using a Longspear, maybe sprinkle in a bit of "bad touch".

Your "Wizard" makes no sense. Generally speaking, you use Infernal Binder as a base when you want to enter the Diabolist PrC ASAP for the bonus on researching True Names. Skip "Imp familiar" as "Imp Companion" is way more powerful. Using Evangelist on Diabolist is a contested matter anyway and comparing Master Conjurer to the Boons, well.... (Dip Blackfire Adept instead...)
