So 34 hours without fresh air is not going to be ideal for retaining their stats.
The Cage is magic. It can absolutely let in fresh air without letting non-fresh air in. Because it is magic. It doesn't need to make sense.

Quick question to add from a non-DD player; Does V have to be the one to dismiss the forcecage, and would it still cost him a round if someone else broke it? Elan has greater dispel magic as a spell, is that enough to work or does it require something stronger?

Yes, it has to be V that Dismisses it; no, it breaking doesn't cost V the round; yes, you need something stronger than GDM to break it.

Honestly I cannot be sure if it removes negative levels, because right now we have seen that V has been drained and visually there is no sign of it.
But surely enough if Roy have had still something like 3-4 negative levels, he would have said something about it.

Given how inventive Rich has been when coming to show battle damage in stick figures, I am rather surprised he didn't come up with a way to show level drain. Given that it is a form of life-force drain, I think it would've been cool if he had started delineating their cheeks, giving them an ever-increasing skull-like face as the drains piled up (not unlike how Belkar looks as the Mark of Justice keeps weakening him)

I'm pretty sure that's because it doesn't have any concrete external effect on the body, and is open to interpretation.

V has a caster level of 17, with a dispel magic V needs to roll a 16 or more (because dispel magic has a maximum of +10), with a greater dispel magic V needs to roll a 9 or more, and is blowing a level 6 spell.

A minimum level wand of dispel magic auto-fails, a maximum (effective) level wand of dispel magic costs twice as much and needs to roll a 16, but if it's a wand you can just keep trying till it works. A cast spell needs to be from a level 6 caster to succeed even on a 20 which may leave Minrah out, even if she prepared dispel magic.

"Realistically", it has to be V.

    Edited to add:

Song of Freedom is a good suggestion. With the forcecage up they have time, and it costs only a bardic music check to try. Sure, have Elan try to Song of Freedom Bloodfeast. That couldn't go wrong...

I like it, but I'm not sure how it works for non-D&D's, does using Song of Freedom to break a transformation seem intuitive?
V is caster level 16 now, thanks to the level drain, maybe 15 if these guys drain 2 levels a pop.

I have not read the entire 11 pages, but has anyone thought of this?

Don't these vampires have to drink blood every 24 hours? With a 34 hour Forcecage blocking them, they will need to look somewhere else?

If they can keep the Order pinned there for anything close to 24 hours, it'll be all over, and by "it" I mean "the world."

Didn't you read the comic? 5% is unlikely, but one in a million is a sure thing

I don't think V was 17th level to start with? We've never seen him cast a 9th level spell (apart from when he was spliced, obviously), which he'd be able to to if he was that high a level.

V's level 16 and benefits from Blackwing's ioun stone for +1 effective caster level.

It does not matter what the Order does here to get out of the trap. The trap is doing exactly what Durkula wants it to do: Draining resources that the Order would otherwise had available to use against him. It is also costing them time. I cannot wait to see how this turns out.

Assuming that s/he has the spell, I could get V out of this in two rounds. However, Haley would not be able to use the escape path.

"sanguin" = has to do with blood
    "de" = remove
"-tor" = one who does something

"our desanguinators" = those who would take our blood from us = vampires.

This look like a job for...

Roughly, based on usage in comic, I'd guess "blood-drainers." ("sanguine" comes from the Latin sanguis, which means "blood"; "exsanguination" is a term meaning loss of blood.)

    EDIT: Dang it, Fyraltari.
