Then, he manifested a power which summoned another large crystal looking monster to attack the spider. It swung the second it was in existence.

Fenrir's fire catches - it's not a bonfire, by any means, but it's now self-sufficient and healthy.

Meanwhile, Joe's arrow catches the spider directly in its "chest", between the arms. There's a high-pitched squeal, and then a hiss, as it loses its grip on the webbing it's using to move around.
It catches itself before it falls, but it's hanging precariously; one good blow more will likely bring her crashing down.

The one assassin vine's movement makes targeting two at once difficult, and the spider changes things somewhat; do you want to change your action?

Acknowledged; Obsidian has 10 hours more, and then I'm moving on with the initiative.

As Guðleifur repositions, the vine at H6 springs into action. It moves slowly toward H7, crawling along the ground.
Akkenos' spell activates, and as you watch, the massive spider stops trying to climb back into its web, staring directly into Akkenos' eyes.

In a burst of activity, the spider lets go of its web and falls to the ground.
Once there, it scuttles easily through the undergrowth to the vine at H7, biting at it viciously in a deranged fury.
As this happens, the vine which had been crushing Mason lets go, and both unoccupied vines twist much more quickly along the ground, apparently hoping to assist their partner in killing the spider. New positions: H5 and I5.

Finally, the creature that Snar summoned burst into existence, tearing at the enormous spider, which lets out a hissing screech of pain.

Trinity enters the clearing, her chest barely moving, belying the small side trip she’d taken. She looks around the area, eyes widening as she notices the group she had fallen into with in trouble. Her hair continues to tangle with the surroundings as she picks her way through the undergrowth, drawing her long blade, forgetting the twigs stuck in her hair, and the trail she’d been chasing. Her eyes narrow, and she continues to move forward, crashing through the undergrowth, blade clearing it somewhat as she advances towards the plants.

The enormous warforged has some difficulty breaking the webs, but ultimately succeeds in freeing Obsidian, as the two vines continued crawling towards the spider-creature - including the one shot by Joe, which seems not to notice the arrow still stuck in a bundle of fibers. They are now at I7 and G6

Fenrir rushes to the injured vine, taking position at I8, and swings with his improvised torch.

Fenrir bashes the already injured plant with the brand he's carrying, battering its thin body - however, the plant seems to be alive and well-hydrated, and is doing an impressive job resisting the heat. Instinctively, it shies away, but it definitely seems more injured by the beating than by the fire.

Mason, meanwhile, begins healing Fenrir (who is as yet, I believe, uninjured).

We now await the actions of Guðleifur.
