From his current position at K8, Guðleifur has a clean line to all three vines. The third one, at H7, is also vulnerable.
He lets loose with his mouth, the resulting sound being part sigh and part hiss, as a jet of liquid comes from his mouth, dousing all three plants in his path. Where they touch any organic material, there's a hiss, and steam comes off.

Edit: Wow, 2 nat 20s? That's impressive.

The vine fighting the spider, as well as the vine that is as yet untouched are shielded by foliage, blocking them from the worst of the attack. The one shot by Joe, however, is entirely covered by Guðleifur's acid, burning it harshly.
Suddenly, from much deeper in the forest, Trinity emerges - looking dirty and ragged, but unharmed, she takes position at G4.

The vine that was bitten by the spider makes its move; it throws itself on the creature, trying desperately to wrap itself around the hideous, flailing body.

Akkenos casts his spell; it hits squarely, entangling the vine in a horrendous mess that looks like it would take hours to sort out - it's very clearly going nowhere fast.
The spider, retaliating against the vine that just tried to crush it, once more bites at the plant with its mandibles.

The Door grabs his huge shield and marches towards the next vine he can see (which is at I7 i thaught), taking position at I8 and tries to hit the vine with his flail.

Both attacks hit the same target; Joe's arrow manages to skewer the vine, pinning it to the ground, where the Warforged took his flail and battered it mercilessly. When Door is finished, there's a fairly impressive area of land around him where all the plants have been flattened by his attack, and the assassin vine is now motionless on the forest floor.
The other vine at G6 seems to take notice. Just as Door finishes the attack, a bundle of vines and roots erupt from the Assassin vine at G6, entangling all creatures within 30 feet. Please make reflex saves.

Fenrir charges in to H5, after casting sanctuary.
Mason, meanwhile, seems not to mind the branches and vines wrapped around him, and checks on his nearby teammates - Door, Guðleifur, you're each healed for nine points.

Guðleifur, you're on J4 as requested. His acid orb hits the vine that's entangling his teammates, burning it once more with acid. It appears to be almost dead now; another solid hit, or two at most, should finish the job.

Trinity! You're up, finally!

Neither vine can move out of the way, and so they each take the full force of his spell.
However, the vines seem to be well-watered; the fire doesn't catch, and only scorches the parts it directly touches. That is more than enough for the one at H6, though; it burns the plant in half, leaving only the vine at F5 remaining.

Snar's voice was replaced by his foot frantically tapping at the speed of a hummingbird. His arms were crossed, and he wore an adorable little scowl.

His construct switched seamlessly to a new target and continued to try to smash it.

You could clearly make out he is happy about smell control, pensive about a forest. Then he says "food in the forest" as a warning and stands wide-eyed, arms outstretched. Frozen in time and space except for some serious jazz hands.

Sorry it took so long to respond, everyone; I rely on my email to update me on what's happening here, and I rely on my phone to send me emails. Then my phone broke, and I have a loaner that isn't connected to my email. Because I am not a clever man, it took me a week to notice I wasn't getting any emails.

Snar's creature spears the assassin vine with a claw, killing it outright. Joe spots no danger in the forest, but does see a hut in the direction the spider came from. The details are hard to spot from this distance, however.
For the moment, at least, all is quiet.

The Door looks at the dead plants.
"Oh yes, someone should take a look at that hut." Then he walks slowly towards Snar, trying to grab his shoulder.
"I have a question little Imp", he says as silent as possible, but being silent is not something the Door is good at. "How did you know I am no human? I am clad in armor from head to toe."

Guðleifur walked over to the spider, poked her big dead body with his claw and asked I wonder what parts of you are edible...?

The spider remains motionless; it's definitely dead.
