Hello, everyone.

Been reading the comic for a fairly long time, and playing D&D quite a bit longer (I think I still have my 1st edition character sheets around here somewhere; you don’t see fighters with 18 Int very often anymore). For the more recent stuff, I liked 3.0 (skills were a lot more intuitive than nonweapon proficiencies, and a lot more able to grow as the character leveled up) and Pathfinder, bad reviews on 4th ed put me off trying it at all, and I found 5th edition a little too simplified after playing 3.0 and Pathfinder.

Kept the 2nd edition books, since that monster manual consistently has an Ecology section that the more recent versions have sadly dropped; I liked that section, it made the kinds of balance I try for much easier.

Been a while since I managed to find anyone to play with, unfortunately.

As far as this forum goes, I’m mostly going to be in the Homebrew Design and Worldbuilding sections.

Hi everyone, i used to use this forum when work had me spend hours away from home but without anything else to do, then deleted my old account when it stopped doing that.
