Fix ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR in Chrome

I use Google Chrome for all of my work and it was really disappointing when I experienced this error saying ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR. I used the Flags command but it didn't work. Could anyone please help me get a permanent fix for this? I will be very much grateful. Thanks in advance.
